Great learning curve

A typical day at work consisted of a lot of changes, from taking calls to making calls to sending emails and sometimes even taking calls for other departments when they’re having their team briefs & when short staffed we’d take vote calls which were customers calling instead of the usual clients that we delt with. I was part of the first intake when the campaign started so we were known by everyone & we all got along, it was like a big family. Great working environment & the vibe at work. I’ve learnt so much, I have to much to be grateful for. My call handling skills have improved, the professionalism has improved so much and even the way you draft an email has stuck. The most challenging aspect of my job would be the other admin stuff that we were not really trained on and had to learn along the way but in time I got the hang of everything & so much more.

Harsh learning curve

Webhelp taught me how to knuckle Down and work through any tough situation. I've met many new people who are using this place as a stepping stone but it would really be enjoyable to work here if the systems were updated . I would have also enjoyed more transparency in terms of promotions

Excellent learning curve

I am a responsible young lady who is able to work under pressure with minimal supervision and who is willing to apply the necessary objectives to the organization by applying the appropriate strategies in a given situation. Hard worker, Tolerant, Good behavior, Understanding, Creative and a fast learner. I am able to work in teams as I have been exposed to team management skills which I have instilled the ability to relate relatively well with various kinds of people. I also have good communication skills which makes it quite easy to deal with various types of people as mentioned. I prefer to work in a fast growing organization that has and applys effective communication with its target audience while continuously working with clients to ensure company growth and a full time position to contribute towards the development and growth of your organization.

New Experience

I Worked in the Telecommunication sector taught to work under tremendous pressure that requires punctuality, assertiveness and discipline. Data capturing, emailing, filing, sales quotation and invoicing was among many duties I could perform flawlessly. These values will surely be effective on all aspects to fulfill my duties. Team player is one of my attributes, which I can bring to the plate and participating in work ethics and social developments within your company. Individually strong, as a leader and mediator among a team are a technique and creed I live by. The position presented by your company is exactly what I need to follow my dreams to become the next successful leader. My experience is not limited, I was fortunate enough to fill the role of an Assistant Manager during the presence and absence of my duty manager at Joshua Doore. Working with individuals from different ethnicity, age group and backgrounds help me develop and mature.

Given the ability to multitask

A day at work is extremely busy but you have to be able to multitask and take the task at hand with great responsibility. This line of work requires you to focus and understand the problem at hand before moving to the next. The relationship with colleagues is very welcoming and everyone gets to know one another. I enjoy the fact that I'm in a working environment where I'm able to learn as well .

How to work hard and be successful

Working at Webhelp has really proven to me what my abilities are and has taught me how to work under pressure.Webhelp has a really good daily atmosphere and the Operations team is motivating and always sees out the best in you.I've learnt many things, doing everything in your power to make sure that productivity is always 100%, how to deal with people and understand that everyone learns differently, therefore had to obtain different learning mechanisms to make sure all advisors perform to the best of their abilities.I've also learnt how to create and maintain structural administrative reports which helped me as a Team Leader track everything successfully.The most challenging thing for me was to make sure that I bring out the best of all the advisors on a daily basis as everyday there are personal issues that the advisors are facing so constant motivation and encouragement was needed but I don't really find it much struggling because dealing with people is what I love to do.

Growth

A curve needs one to think before step, as also growth in a company to make the difference in my life and the the opportunity given for my own future, as also to make history and brake records that are set up in life. i enjoy team work as always make friends at any place i enter, in life i learnt that nothing beats self believe and faith, as also giving up is never an option. i have never found a Challenge that i hated to participate in yet all challenges gave me knowledge and wisdom as no success comes easy.

Great experience

A typical day at work would be where I get bored of doing the same thing everyday, I have a good relationship with my co-workers both at work and at home. I have leaned how to help the customers at the best of my ability making sure that they are happy with the resolution given to the customer, how to probe and be patient and listen at all times. What I enjoy is helping the customers and having a great relationship and understanding with my co-workers. The most challenging things is not resolving the customer query and having the customer come back again for help( no resolution) and not reaching your targets.

Cons: flexible shifts (getting home late)
