Customer service(best service possible) Opening Bank account and a switching Collections(to make sure that clients pay 100%) Debt Consolidations Solving Customer queries Financial Education Death claims Advising clients about investments and policies I've learnt to love people,and leadership skills I enjoyed doing collections and also make those follow up calls The most challenging aspect is to convince a client to take loan while the client was at the branch to do a death claim to bury a loved one but I loved the job so much

I am able to adjust quickly to changes

I have been the top Branch manager in the Area for three in the four years in OLD MUTUAL FINANCE Have been the top branch manager in the reion for two in four years in OLD MUTUAL FINANCE. I have never been above the target of 1 % sock loss while working for EDCON. I have managed more than 50 employees in EDCON.

Pros: I was offered a basury to study a Managerial course in 2018. i have been given acknowledgement in a number of ways for my performance
Cons: You do not get much time to socialise and focus on the family matters

Learning the guiding principle

Excellent company culture. Company still growing and i was responsible for growing the Sales & Distribution channel in Limpopo from 10 branch to 33 branches with a total of 227 employees

Excellent customer service

My job is to selling the product that we have at Old Mutual such as investment , personal loans, Open aaccount, Selling and assisting clients to join n claim policy. Capturing all the daily work for future . I really enjoys to work with clients. To be keep on listening to the clients and willing to help that's my job It was so happy to work with my colleagues where we work with full of love, smile and peace, good relationship to each other with full of respect. What i learned from my work is that when u work with clients you must alwyz be calm and cool collected and make sure you well patient to listen from the client and also give advice when required. The most challenging in the selling company is the daily target and month to date target. The most enjoyable work for is to capturing and typing and talking to the clients Kindly regards

Good

Nock in at 7 am and get to a meeting and we talk about yesterdays day and challengers and what went wrong and right and what happens to the appointments and and we talk about to day and the game plan and we look at the score board where one is sill behind and explain whats the game plan to reach your targets and after the meeting you go to your desk and check your collection and call client who missed payments and try to make arrangements and after that you check on your appointments if they still coming and you service walk in clients and you cross sell your products
