Enhanced learning

I manage and lead a strong team.Myself as individual must also be strong.I work with clients on a daily basis and solve problems.I build strong relationships with the co workers as i manage them and motivate them everyday.

Growth potential

Line of reporting too long. Confusing managerial structure. It's not easy to maintain the standard as you have to work according to many people's ideas . If you struggling with that idea you are becoming a victim.

Great working culture and growth opportunities

I really enjoyed working for Old Mutual Finance and I was so passionate about my job and the responsibilities it came it. There was a lot of growth opportunities and the working culture was very good. There was great diversity and the organization values were of great nature. I've built strong working relationships and had learnt a lot as an individual person as well as professionally.

Working for Old Mutual Finance gives an excellent exposure and understanding on how the financial market works. A great vision in the financial world but no support for staff members. All that matters are sales and customer experience.
