Hard working,meeting monthly targets

I earn 5400 per month,i must disburse 500.000,per month and collect it end off the month if you don't get it beck you earn no commission,help clients with lots of things either that does not pay end of the month,very difficult but have to do it at the end of the day,i love the company very much,my co-workers are the best. My wish is if only they can cancel the target and increase our salary

Big company to work for

Best company to work for. Excellent reporting structure and they provide good training for new and old stuff. Competitive salary structure and it the company give exposure to banking and insurance.

Excellent learning curve

Old mutual finance was a great company to work for gave me good experience of Ubuntu good work ethic as was assisting client on a day to day with over due accounts work under pressure and that was easy as I am target driven and a passion of my to assist people rehabilitate their debt and I am great in working and team player as strive to see other perform well great motivator too ensure goals are meet everyday.

Typical day in the office: Prepare daily work sheets for sales team. Make sure office is neat and tidy. Respond to emails from internal staff as well as customers. Assist branch manager with admin work. Assist walk in customers with queries. Attend to collection calling (call customers in arrears with loan payments) Ensure branch has enough stationary. Make sure copy machines are in order. Prepare branch for quarterly audits. I have a very good relationship with each co-worker I have learned patience, as working with all types of clients requires a lot of patience. I enjoy helping clients as well as my fellow staff members.

How to cope under pressure

Typical work day is to be challenged with different Queries and complaints from clients , Rehabilitating and financial educating clients that are face with financial challenges and unable to pay accounts open relationship with Co-workers Have learnt how to be cope under pressure Dealing with clients that is over indebted

Growth potential

Line of reporting too long. Confusing managerial structure. It's not easy to maintain the standard as you have to work according to many people's ideas . If you struggling with that idea you are becoming a victim.
