A normal 8-5 1 hour lunch plus Saturday half day Employees are friendly and enthusiastic You have to reach your targets every month and if you don't reach your target 3 months in consistence they guide you out.

Better Remunaration
Unreasonable targets, but the bonus is too little. Old mutual has good benefits, like pension fund, life cover etc, but the montly salaries are too little especially when you are junior staff. It gets difficult to survive in this economy that we are living in. If they could review view that, this can be one of the companies to work for.

Young and growing company
Old mutual finance is a unsecured lending facility slowly growing into a bank as well as insurance company. It's a young and vibrant company still filled with a lot of growth and opportunities. It a family type of company. They do not have managers they have Guides that walk with you, behind you or infront of you as you climb up the mountain but most of the time alongside side you so you can summit together.

Excellent customer services
At old mutual finance I was financial consultant were we as employees we were providing financial education to customers, distribution of sales, responding to correspondents of customers. And I have learn a lot during my time there like how to provide good excellent service to customers and how to deal with difficult customers also how sell the company product to its clients.
Pros: My target was increase due to my good perfomance

Great working culture and growth opportunities
I really enjoyed working for Old Mutual Finance and I was so passionate about my job and the responsibilities it came it. There was a lot of growth opportunities and the working culture was very good. There was great diversity and the organization values were of great nature. I've built strong working relationships and had learnt a lot as an individual person as well as professionally.

The more you work, the more money you will get.
Old Mutual Finance is a company that employs good people. And they're working very hard. It has lots of people who knows how to deliver a good customers service.
Pros: we are based on the office, doing office work
Cons: If you don't reach your targets, you won't get you bonus. so the more you work, the more money you get.

Learning experience
Objectives and creating big realistic goals. Learned to enjoy myself when at work. Had a very great opportunity to learn new skills like interpersonal (written and verbal communication skills ,i enjoyed speaking to new people daily with different characters and personalities. We as workers enjoyed working to and alway had a productive days together. It grew our brains to a upper level of self discipline mentally. We faced different challenges like objecton handling, back bone challenges and less of your personal lifestyle.vxxxx realistic goals.

My work life
a typical day at the office. drafting court documents. answering court queries. interacting with colleagues. i have learnt how to worjkwith different people.Different ideas and abit about legal work . i like new challenges, i enjoy doing different things, attempting new things on a daily basis.
