I will review it later but it's a nice working environment and there is lot growing opportunity within the company. But dependant on which area of the country you are in for you to go in other positions of the company.

Good work experience
I have been with the company for little over 5 years now, everyday the work load is growing. Targets are a big part of our work but there's a lot of administration that goes with it. To my colleagues I am also supportive to help them do their work better. I am 2iC so generally I have duties that go beyond being just a consultant. Advantages of this job are that the clients come to us, the disadvantages is the work load.

Typical day in the office: Prepare daily work sheets for sales team. Make sure office is neat and tidy. Respond to emails from internal staff as well as customers. Assist branch manager with admin work. Assist walk in customers with queries. Attend to collection calling (call customers in arrears with loan payments) Ensure branch has enough stationary. Make sure copy machines are in order. Prepare branch for quarterly audits. I have a very good relationship with each co-worker I have learned patience, as working with all types of clients requires a lot of patience. I enjoy helping clients as well as my fellow staff members.

Myself
My typical work day is servicing clients giving them answers to their questions offering them different kinds of services. I sit infront of my computer whole day and type answer calls when clients call. I like helping my colleagues when they need. I have learned alot about different types of personality trates. I enjoy being able to put a smile on someone's face everyday but mostly I love a challenge everyday. The most challenging thing i had to face was to change my strong personality to fit in with the rest of the people but till today I cannot change who I am.

Learning something new every day with every person I come across
The company is a great company to work for. The culture is nice but tricky at the same time. It pushes you to be independent and learn how to manage your own work. It opens doors that one never thought they have, enlarges your capabilities and exposes you to different environments and industries cI love working with clients, coaching, going out to look for new business,presenting and marketing at events. I love developing my team's skills and imparting the knowledge and experience I have on them. I also like being in a position to listen to my team and learn from their side. I enjoy putting some music to start the day with a dance, it always works well as a ice breaker.The challenges about my job is when we are not meeting targets due to client's score band being low, over indebtedness and loss of income. Another challenge is when my team don't get incentives based on the amount of work put in. What I love about my job is that I am hands-on on everything. I am able to work independently and in a team

My work life
a typical day at the office. drafting court documents. answering court queries. interacting with colleagues. i have learnt how to worjkwith different people.Different ideas and abit about legal work . i like new challenges, i enjoy doing different things, attempting new things on a daily basis.
