At old mutual finance I was financial consultant were we as employees we were providing financial education to customers, distribution of sales, responding to correspondents of customers. And I have learn a lot during my time there like how to provide good excellent service to customers and how to deal with difficult customers also how sell the company product to its clients.
Pros: My target was increase due to my good perfomance

Great Employer
Great management, good working environment, great working hours, space for growing within the company, fantastic training, very good culture. Great team leaders, gets a bonus once a year, every year at end of March. Management are encouraged and making you part of all awareness and movements within the company.

It is a learning experience
Meeting with a number of clients is not such a big deal. I am learning to communicate well and doing presentations. It is a great experience however, one needs to be committed to the job.

Big company to work for
Best company to work for. Excellent reporting structure and they provide good training for new and old stuff. Competitive salary structure and it the company give exposure to banking and insurance.

I Love working with people ,got leadership skills,i getting along with all my co workers and participate in group works,i have learnt that in the sales industry you need to be happy at all times in order to perform well and you also need to push beyond boundaries

This is where I have built up experience
I enjoy coming to work on a daily basis. I have a great relationship with majority of my co workers as we all understand what it is to live out life. I have learnt that in a call centre you need to adapt to change. I enjoy mostly speaking to clients whom are aware they know what the situation is. The most challenging is having to work daily and dealing with rude clients .

Great chance for people who are just from higher education
Good working environment, great working opportunity, hard to get a promotion . Managers are very outdoing and push their team to do great things, values include respect, dignity Ubuntu, accountability and pushing beyond boundaries

I am able to adjust quickly to changes
I have been the top Branch manager in the Area for three in the four years in OLD MUTUAL FINANCE Have been the top branch manager in the reion for two in four years in OLD MUTUAL FINANCE. I have never been above the target of 1 % sock loss while working for EDCON. I have managed more than 50 employees in EDCON.
Pros: I was offered a basury to study a Managerial course in 2018. i have been given acknowledgement in a number of ways for my performance

Swift environmental adaptation
I work at an Old Mutual branch based in Mdantsane - East London. Our office comprises of +- 11 employees including our manager. I do Loans, policy servicing, surrendering of investments part withdrawals etc. I do loan reports, collection reports. I enjoy the financial part of the business, where loans are being issued and collected, opening and funding of Bidvest banking cards. I have learnt to be accountable and responsible. I have learnt to own my space and business. I take care of my business accurately. The most challenging department is the policy part of the business. We are a team. We are a family. Thank you.
