My typical work day is a lot of admin and client servive. My relationship with my co-workers is very nice we are a team and family. I have learned to be a leader, a goal driven person, a go getter n ubuntu. I enjoy our moments when we celebrate reaching our targets that is a happy moment.

Its a good company to work for
This is what I do on a daily basis: Purchase Orders, Project files,Budget vs Actual,Budget Ammendment,IT Stores stock control,Fixed Asset Register, Returned Mail,OMF Batching Scanning,Incoming and Outgoing mail

Easy and nice enviroment of team players. Loved engaging with clients new and making sure I sustain them.identifying their needs.providing them with what they need.doing follow up and resolving their quiries.

I have been working for more than 15years as a branch manager at african bank and old mutual finance
Develop and manage a team of financial consultats, maintain a branch operation in terms of manpower plan,growth and quality target,cost management and arreas management,handle all queries,supporting and coaching branch staff towards achievement of target,ensure that compliance requirments are adhered to and deals with non_ compliance issues pro actively,coaches and train sales staff to ensure that salrs targets are met,maintain relationships internal and external with stakeholders, present and sell the company products,maintain general function of the branch.

Great Employer
Great management, good working environment, great working hours, space for growing within the company, fantastic training, very good culture. Great team leaders, gets a bonus once a year, every year at end of March. Management are encouraged and making you part of all awareness and movements within the company.

It is a learning experience
Meeting with a number of clients is not such a big deal. I am learning to communicate well and doing presentations. It is a great experience however, one needs to be committed to the job.

Working with Clients
Im a very friendly person & love working with people. Mostly is for a client to work in our Branch n meets me of which I would welcum the client with a smile. To make them feel at ease knowing I would be the one to solve they are problem or give them guidance. What I enjoy most is to assist with claims... making daily transactions n ensuring that the client leaves happy. My co workers are great to work with mostly they are like family. I love the job im doing but the Salary is not enough for me. The most challenging aspect of the job is change without any notifications to us as employees. The send us to training for a short time n the rest will see when we are back in office. Quite not good for us

Career growth
it's a great company to work for with good opportunities. it prides it self with legendary customer service which best suits my interpersonal skills. I have a good working relationship with my employer and my colleagues, Old Mutual Finance also promote team work more than individual achievement, it is good when we reach the summit together as a team. I enjoy the encounter with clients and having to lend a helping hand in giving then the financial education that will suit their needs. the challenge is that the economy is not as good as it should so sometimes it is difficult to meet all your clients needs.
