Excellent learning curve

I've worked for Markham as a manager. I was responsible for administration, targets and the daily running of the shop. I also engaged myself with John dorys as a manager as well for 2 years where I've accumulated lots of experience. I am now working for old mutual as a financial adviser. I like working with people and I like people. I admire challenges as they grow my experience

Excellent service

My clients come to me crying and shouting, but when they leave my desk , they're smiling and thanking me for excellent service . I'm a vibrant friendly goal driven individual who is passionate about customer service and ambitious at the same time. Never back down from a challenge.

Excellent growth

We sell loans,bank cards,we tell clients about all the company products we go out to do marketing and promotions at technology malls,we distribute pamphlets on the street's ,there's referrals also we call them and Invite people to come to the branch.

Pros: we do street wise distribution of pamphlets
Cons: normal working hours

Good communication skills

Currently working as a financial consultant I deal with loan applications ,costumer services and also brançh second in charge,I work as a sales consultant in various companines from 2009 until until 2012 when I was hired by Vodacom as a data consultant then moved to accounts

New Venture

I am an administrator at the Training department. On a daily basis I communicate with clients via email and phone calls. I plan accommodation and arrange travel for the team, delegates etc. I plan conferences and events. I order name badges and do certificates, printing training material. Package new starters starter packs. I do costing for interventions to make sure the company makes its target. I do some filing and also pay and sign invoices. I order stationery for the office and make sure everything is going smoothly in office and with delegates while in training. I have an amazing relationship with my co-workers and we work well together. I have learned how to be with people whether clients or not. I have seen how structured and on point I actually am. I enjoy anything creative or visual. I don't really have anything challenging anymore. I know my job inside out. The thing I struggle with most is if there is no accountability

Learned selling n interacting with people

I learnad to treat all people equal irrespective of race, age, colour or gender. Learned how to sell products to different kind of people. And also to be accountable and to be responsible. I also learned to manage time n respect time

Enhanced learning

I manage and lead a strong team.Myself as individual must also be strong.I work with clients on a daily basis and solve problems.I build strong relationships with the co workers as i manage them and motivate them everyday.

Pros: Build experience in short amount of time and growth is fast
Cons: Working hours.Not spending much time with family
