Typical work day is to be challenged with different Queries and complaints from clients , Rehabilitating and financial educating clients that are face with financial challenges and unable to pay accounts open relationship with Co-workers Have learnt how to be cope under pressure Dealing with clients that is over indebted

Excellent learning and experience

I'm a highly competence, motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, dynamic, And an excellent team player with Matric, and 1years experience of chef and 1year experience of call center administration. I'm well organized and proactive in providing timely, efficient and accurate. I possess a proven ability to be innovative and smart.

Big company with +300 employees within my department alone and live by company values, Great exposure in all the fields ,and room to learn more skills .

Suitable candidate

I'm a team player. Always smiling and happy. I've learnt how to work under pressure. I've learnt how to always remain professional. I've learnt to multitask. I enjoy being behind the desk, assisting where needed. Challenging aspect is having to be extremely vigilant for fraud whilst reaching daily and monthly target.

Excellent leadership and learning curve

The best company to work for by far but enduring to further experience in other companies, we do administration work including collection and client services whilst we have a target and get incentivised upon reaching it and maximize it to the best of your ability, have access to computer skills, eg, excel, e-mail, have an experience in power point, I've enjoyed assisting my clients and able to resolve issues and make them happy and make sure I give my upmost best client service, challenging aspects of the job not resolving issues the same day but make sure we do a follow up and assist further until its resolved, im a team player also have leadership skills

Good learning experience

I am a self motivated individual with strong administrative skills and vast experience in the customer care industry and have learnt a great and still learning. What I currently do at Old Mutual Finance is the filing, part managerial of 6 staff members,branch audits,query handling, follow up queries, provide support for staff and liase between clients,staff and head office regarding complaints or new sales opportunities and cross selling of products.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn
Cons: Salary not that great

Great chance for people who are just from higher education

Good working environment, great working opportunity, hard to get a promotion . Managers are very outdoing and push their team to do great things, values include respect, dignity Ubuntu, accountability and pushing beyond boundaries
