I want to broaden my knowledge and more especially new experience
Working in the aviation industry is a wonderful choice you can ever make, you get to meet people from different countries/ cultures and learn about their lifestyle. When working in the airline industry you have to work well alone and in a team, so I can do both professionally .

Great place to learn
A typical day at work is attending a short briefing with our flight controllers with details on the flight, how many passengers we are expecting with the push back time in mind. When check in starts you set up your counter that is pre assigned by the controller. You check in passengers and weigh and tag their luggage to the correct destination. When we are done checking in we proceed to the boarding gates where we liase with the crew to check on the aircraft and how ready they are for the passengers. We then board all passengers preferably on time to avoid any delay in push back time.

Quick learner
I am quick learner and can also multitask and calm when working under pressure. I also have experience in administration clerk and being a receptionist.

Excellent start off point in gaining confidence and experience
A day as a check in agent/customer service agent is demanding. You have to always be on your A game. Focus and be vigilant with what you dealing with at that moment. You need to pay attention to the documents but it all goes with loving to learn everyday. I can handle a task on my own and together with my team, and that is one of my greatest achievement is being able to work as a team and ane, Tricky as it is but I love every single thing about my job, and working for an international airline the challenges I face everyday are different but at the end of the day I overcome everything

It was ok
It was not bad Team work was effortlessly done The most boring part was when there are delays Leaning about people's cultures and meeting them every day was great, It enhances one to engage more and being able to learn

Excellent learning experience
Working at bidair is not much pressure Working in the operation is not bad at all Because it's all about communication and teamwork So I would actually state that working in terms of teamwork helps everyone communicate better and it improves communication skills

Customer service
Its always a busy day but I do manage ,I have good relationship with my co-workers,I have learnt how to treat a passenger,how to deal with difficult passengers,I enjoy to meet different people and the challenges I meet is to have a customer who can swear at you though she/he wrong and you have to calm yourself because customers always right.

Explore and growth
I've been in a customer service agent for 3 years now I'm flexible in any area when tasks are given to me I'm a risk taker and focused young lady who knows what she wants I have been around in various departments I'm familiar with every work have gained a lot of experience on that.

Excellent learning curve
I'm a good and fast learner, and I'm willing to learn as fast and quick as possible.I know I'm a good candidate. I make sure I deliver a good service to the clients to uplift the company's image.
