Exellent learning curve

Working hours are very good and normal. Very good relationship with co-workers. Learning curve on how to weld since my co-workers were good in their job. vertical up. Horizontal. Vertical down. Overhead. Sport welding. Gauging. Operating of hand tools. Preparation of materials. Identification of materials. Welding on a high voltage of machine. Extra cautious when welding because material can be easily damaged

Potential for growth

I am a qualified weight & balance specialist (load controller) with approximately 10+ years of experience in the aviation industry at O.R Tambo International Airport. My working experience started at Nationwide Airlines as a baggage handler, shortly thereafter(2years) I was recruited by Carrier Marine Services where I was employed as a crew representative, my duties included:- 1. Meet & Assist of all ship crew(arrival & departure) 2. Rebook flights 3. Arrange Transport & Accommodation 4. Arrange for Visa's 5. Handle all baggage queries 6. Telecommunications

Excellent learning curve

I had a good attitude towards my colleagues and customers/clients. I have learnt to be patient with people listen and understand other people and I also enjoy working with people cause that's where we meet different people with different attitude,religion and culture and that's where it shows that I can handle pressure and treat people with the same respect. The most challenging aspect of the job that I once came across with is when I met a customer who didn't understand any of our official languages but I managed to deliver and give her the best Customer Service ever at the end she shake my hand and give me a smile to show her appreciation and putting a smile on someone's face that makes my day and that's called the best Customer service.

Hardworker, goal achiever, passion for growth and about my job,

Bidair is a fast paced environmental work place that has no growth yet is good for interacting with passengers but has unfair treatment It is a big company that has potential of growth however how it treats their own employers it isnt encouraging enough to be passionate about the company yet alone to be pasionat about our job

Average learning curve

Being a welder in an aviation industry is to make sure that operation in a airside run perfect and there's no delayed due to unserviceable Ground support equipment. It's a good space of work because I experience new challenge of defects everyday. I've learnt the most demand welding techniques in the industry. I enjoy most welding on a CO2 welding on a high current/voltage the sound it produces. Failure to do a proper welding is most challenging

Customer service

Not a well.deserved company to work for. Unfair management Team leaders are not willing to answer your questions. Difficult customer support. Customers are over weight on hand luggage and refuse to check the bags in. Visa issues .
