They take you without experience as training is provided. Just a typical work day. Get along well with co workers. Interaction with international clients is the perks. The most challenging aspects of the job is when all fight land just minutes after each other and you have to meet your deadlines.

Pack products according to daily orders. Meet specific orders as scheduled. Keep products separated, organized and in good rotation. Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues. Remove and report any defective products. Utilize continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes. Follow good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices. I have learnt a lot and my relationship with my colleagues and seniors was good.
My experience with the company was a good one since i had a good relationship with both my colleagues and seniors. Whenever i needed help from my colleagues and seniors they were always there for me. When its hectic time we used to sit down and brainstorm how are we planning to push our flight on time with no mistakes occurred. Though working at the airport is very challenging,the support from my colleagues and seniors made it possible for me to get the job done.
Pros: Being exposed to the most challenging working environment and ne able to learn different languages from the world and also learn to practice professionalism at all times.

I am good customer services
I enjoy working at my current company. My job is to render customer service to the customer,capturing data and doing admin.we often work as a team and I do have good relationship with my co-worker.I have learned that humanity is the key.I enjoy turning a dissatisfied customer to a satisfied one.The most challenging aspect at this job is when the flight delayed.

Experience and work environment
Asstng passenger from all the world and learning new characters everyday it’s a nice thing to even though sometimes it’s tiring you will find that some of the passengers are very rude but you have to be patience at the end of the day airport it’s a nice place to be sometimes

Since I started working at Bidair services I learned how to work with people because I dealt with passengers daily, learnt to work under pressure and giving the best result, my computer skills has improved massively, I work well with my colleagues and I have learnt so much from them because the first I started working they were super supportive I felt like I can do anything I'm thrown because of the amazing people who helped me out when I first got there. I honestly enjoy working with people and I enjoy doing admin on the side as I'm a graduate I did my national diploma at CTU Training Solutions I did my practical at RTT intelligence logistics for 2 month mostly did administration that also helped improve my skills and thankful for the opportunity that I was given. The challenging things I face at work is that when passengers are not happy, or dealing with a rude passenger or when the there are delays and I need to explain to passengers what's happening because some passengers understands but some get difficu

Excellent learning experience
Working at bidair is not much pressure Working in the operation is not bad at all Because it's all about communication and teamwork So I would actually state that working in terms of teamwork helps everyone communicate better and it improves communication skills

Great a experience, but they are not fair.
I enjoyed working with passengers. And also worked well with my coworkers. The pro was with the management from some airlines. The company itself has some shady things. They use nepotism. There a people who snitch or tell lies to get positions.
