I have good customer service experience form OR Tambo International airport I woked for bidair for 7year and five month s I also have 2years experience in retail industry I worked for jet as a cashier My responsibility was till operators was till operators was,selling Edcon financial products,banking,capturing documents and capturing.

Good training

Working as a team is a great experience when it comes to solving the problem. Coming up with different ways to solve a problem, meeting people with different cultures and behaviors.

Pros: Getting enough time to rest
Cons: Working during Sundays but there's no difference when it comes to payments

A team to push back aircrafts. Listening and patience. I love interviewing the customers.

Bidair services is currently the only company I've worked for and a typical day is mostly a tiring one filled with hundreds of people to check in or need some sort of assistance. It takes a team to check-in and board customers seamlessly. Patience and professionalism is something i had learn very quickly in the aviation industry but its its mostly fun . I have met many people whom i believe have been a great influence to the person i am today of which I am grateful for. A delayed or canceled flight is something that really puts one under pressure and its its something i wouldn't wish upon anyone

Fast learner

Eager and willingness to learn. I'm a hardworking individual who works well under pressure and with a team. I always complete the task at hand and if I don't know I always ask just to make sure I'm doing the right thing. I'd like to further my knowledge of mechanical engineering and I would like to gain experience in that field since I want to pursue my dream.

Excellent learning

WWhat I enjoy the most, is looking forward to how the airplane looks, and how it is inside, when we are making sure, that all the passangers are on board, if not, then we will off load the passenger with his, her luggageWorking from 9 am till 9 pm, on some days, I have an excellent relationship with the supervisors and duty managersorking from 9 a

Potential for growth

I am a qualified weight & balance specialist (load controller) with approximately 10+ years of experience in the aviation industry at O.R Tambo International Airport. My working experience started at Nationwide Airlines as a baggage handler, shortly thereafter(2years) I was recruited by Carrier Marine Services where I was employed as a crew representative, my duties included:- 1. Meet & Assist of all ship crew(arrival & departure) 2. Rebook flights 3. Arrange Transport & Accommodation 4. Arrange for Visa's 5. Handle all baggage queries 6. Telecommunications

Working experience and learning curve.

Assisting staff with Hr related issues daily.HR audit,HR reports,send staff to training,Admin work,recruiting and selection, HR policies.O had a very close and good relationship with my former co workers.We had a good team playing relationship.I enjoyed doing customer service more to our.Most or the time we worked more than our normal hours just so we can meet the Airlines requirements staff members since I am a people’s person. I have learned a lot about Hr work in my past 4 years and and 4 months until I was retrenched due to Covid issues.The most challenging aspect about my previous job would be normal day to day work because Aviation is a very fast paced environment so it requires one to be off your toes everyday.

Pros: It is a very fast paced environment and broad, so it allowed me to learn more and be able to handle pressure perfectly well.
Cons: Sometimes we worked more than our normal 8 and a half hours just so we can be up to date and even meet the requirements of our clients.

Slow progression,

They take you without experience as training is provided. Just a typical work day. Get along well with co workers. Interaction with international clients is the perks. The most challenging aspects of the job is when all fight land just minutes after each other and you have to meet your deadlines.

Wits a good environment to work in but the hours a to much such for little payments but what can we say that's were u start to be able to grow somewhere in life you really can't do much with the salary you gt every month oe

Pack products according to daily orders. Meet specific orders as scheduled. Keep products separated, organized and in good rotation. Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues. Remove and report any defective products. Utilize continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes. Follow good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Ability to learn fast in a high pressure environment
