Bidair is a fast paced environmental work place that has no growth yet is good for interacting with passengers but has unfair treatment It is a big company that has potential of growth however how it treats their own employers it isnt encouraging enough to be passionate about the company yet alone to be pasionat about our job

Slow progression,

They take you without experience as training is provided. Just a typical work day. Get along well with co workers. Interaction with international clients is the perks. The most challenging aspects of the job is when all fight land just minutes after each other and you have to meet your deadlines.

Very dynamic individuals working at company

Company employs a lot of younger persons which is the major downfall as they constatanly need to be motivated to complete their work. The best part are the shared experiences of our everyday job, always expecting the unexpected and dealing with a variety of people on an everyday basis.any e

Not paid adequately

My review about BidAir services would be that we not paid adequate salaries and we work crazy hours with only just one day off . We don’t even have benefits and we are not paid to work overtime.

It was not bad Team work was effortlessly done The most boring part was when there are delays Leaning about people's cultures and meeting them every day was great, It enhances one to engage more and being able to learn
