Excellent learning curve

I had a good attitude towards my colleagues and customers/clients. I have learnt to be patient with people listen and understand other people and I also enjoy working with people cause that's where we meet different people with different attitude,religion and culture and that's where it shows that I can handle pressure and treat people with the same respect. The most challenging aspect of the job that I once came across with is when I met a customer who didn't understand any of our official languages but I managed to deliver and give her the best Customer Service ever at the end she shake my hand and give me a smile to show her appreciation and putting a smile on someone's face that makes my day and that's called the best Customer service.

I am will to grow according to knowledge and wisdom

I regard myself as hardworder and I am willing to join and put the ccompany in the next upper level, I am capable in making teamwork. I enjoy working with different people reason being is that I learn new things such as cultures and many more. I don't even mind working on holidays and night shifts only ifnit is authorised by the company. I do not have depends so by that I'll be always available when ever the company needs me

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

I AM LOOKING TO WORK IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE I CAN WORK WITH PEOPLE IN A WAY THAT CAN USE MY COMMUNICATION AND SOCIAL SKILLS TO MY FULL POTENTIAL. SERVING AND ADHERING TO PEOPLES NEEDS IS WHAT BRINGS ME SELF- CONTENTMENT SO ANY OPPORTUNITY THAT GIVES ME THAT PLATFORM WOULD BE IDEAL.

Good learning curve for entry level

Great entry level for customer services agent. its good working with different people everyday helps with interpersonal skills too. But it is not good for students as they have terrible working hours, and there are no promotion opportunities it is not a company worth compromising for...

Great

I was processing and acceptance of passengers and baggage at the check-in counters.Correct performance of working procedures. Proactive customer service.Performing according to SLA requirements of each airline.Passenger assistance in case of irregularities and information assistance to passengers.Provide on the job training if required to junior staff.Performing any other duties as instructed by superiors.Ensure that service standards are met.It was very exciting to be with my collegues bt the problem is the 2am shift we used to suffer when it comes to transport.I am highly energetic with positive attitude to accomplish duties on time and with best quality,i have learnt a lot about customer services and that it takes tact,enthusiasm and sense of humor to deal with different people and that good communication is the best, i realised that i can be organised, resourceful and competent in dealing with customers.

Excellent learner curve

Learned a lot from this company. Good learning curve on how to interact with international clients all over the world, and lots of knowledge on the aviation industry and airlines. Working for bidair services really boots my chances of getting deeper into the aviation industry. I am ready to move on and do something more exciting, and to also share what I have learned at bidair services cape town international airport. Should you consider my application successful I am available immediately. Thank you for your kind consideration of my application. At bidair services I learned how important it is to communicate with co-workers, and to work as a team to get our flights out on time. The most challenging aspects of what we do is getting flights out on time especially when the flight arrive almost the same time. We work with international clients on a daily basis, and passengers with disabilities. What I have also learned is that if u do not have patients this kind of job is not for you.

Its definitely a learning curve but not actually for a family person...due to hours

Its actually a good company to work for at times but the hours are very irregular due the fact that we go according to the flights times.Day at work is all about preparation before flight lands inclusive of paperwork.always working well with my team .learning part of it is there is alway something to be learnt everyday.thats the airport life.the most challenging part and which i most enjoy is being able to work timelessly and see that smile of the clients face when the flight goes out on its sheduled time sometimes even earlier.it give me a sense of a job well done.

As a person who learns more experience I promoted from junior to senior level

I'm check in passengers to final destination ad I make sure that their documents is correct to travel . And I have team work with my colleagues because I used to assist my flight controller with their work if we have hectic day ,example having over booked flights or delayed flight and cancelled flight . what I learnt with customer service we must always calm down when comes to passenger who's angry at us when they missed their flights . I enjoy most when our flight are on arrived on time and living on time without delays .The most challenging time is when flights are overbooked or delayed because passenger would be frustrated with their onward flights.

Pros: I will always be available any post that's come within the company,
Cons: I will be able to work long ours due to delays or cancelled flights

Gaining experience

I know that good human relations, endurance and strong physique are necessary requirements to survive in this competitive industry. I have proven to myself that I do posses these qualities as well as stamina and could apply it to your company's advantage. It would be an honor and privilege to be part of your established company.
