Good Learning

I work shifts 8 hours in a day and also 23 days in a month, I enjoy working with different cultures as I have good communication skills. I work good with my co-workers and we really enjoy being persuade and persuasive team as a way out to solve a problem, and our aim is to make sure that we work and make things to be done, I have learned many things in my company and I have developed many things about the company and also the background of the company, I enjoy working weekend because I manage to do my studies and to avoid socializing and over excitements, currently at this moment I don’t see any challenge everything is perfect.

Good learning curve

The work is interesting especially if you have a passion for aviation. And I do get along well with my fellow co-workers. I have learned a lot in the 2 years with the company and mostly independency. The most challenging aspects of the job is the very very long and abnormal hours of work and the non motivating salary. And not forgetting no bonus benefits at all.

Excellent experience

At bidair services you gain a lot of experience with regards to dealing with different and difficult passengers, long hours very good relationship with co-workers great team work I've learned a lot and I still am I've learned how to use a computer dealing with unaccompanied Minors aswel as passengers What I enjoy most is communication from passenger to me it changes my day they always motivate and ask how your day have been The most challenging when you have to calmy tell passengers the flight is overbooked and what your solution towards that is ,also offloads and visa issues

Good communication

I'm a good hard worker, who love challenge when it comes to my job and to learn new things every time is what I love .it was a challenging work but enjoyable in other side

Motivated by growth and achievment

I have a good relationship with my co-workers as well as get along with management and staff. I get bored when I have nothing to do, I prefer working rather than having nothing to do. I usually unfold my day in my mind every morning, as preparation for the day ahead and then prioritise when I get to work.

Gaining experience

I know that good human relations, endurance and strong physique are necessary requirements to survive in this competitive industry. I have proven to myself that I do posses these qualities as well as stamina and could apply it to your company's advantage. It would be an honor and privilege to be part of your established company. When needed for an interview I am available, I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Excellent learning curve , gained loads of experience

Working at BidAir Services is a customer service based working industry which is very challenging, doing 15-18 flight ls a day boarding passsengers and dealing with more or less a 1000 customers on a daily basis, and working the long shifts from 8 hours to 12 hours shifts which is extremely draining. Working in groups together team work plays a big role in order to perform any tasks been given throughout the day.

Pros: There is growth within the company
Cons: Long working hours and irregular shifts

Good experience

My relationship with co-workers are excellent,I'm always ready to help and teach someone . I have learnt great customer skills and learnt alot from this busy aviation industry,I'm ready to take it to the next step and ensure that passenger's are always safe and well taken care off.

Pros: Meeting new people all the time and learning new skills everyday
