I worked for Bidair services for 3years and resigned January 2018 I just had to go for greener pastures,I worked abnormal hours, I had great relationship with my co-workers enjoyed working with them as I am a team player.i have learnt to understand the customers and their queries,how to come up with solutions and how to always take an extra mile for our customers as I believe that our customers come first.The 1thing I really enjoyed about my work was that you get to know different people and their cultures as I used to check in my passenger I used to create conversations with them ask questions about anything or even make jokes to keep the passenger happy and keep their smile. The most challenging aspect about my job was dealing with flight delays whereby passengers would swear at you some wanted to even fight you but at the end I always managed to calm my passengers down and make sure they Travel safe and have the best trips.

Experienced customer service and Ramp Handling

working in Bidair Services it made me to understand the importance of making sure your passengers or Customers are always receiving an excellent experience of Customer Service at all times. the kill and Knowledge i have gained is to know how to deal with Dangerous Good Baggages, is to know how to deal with any air side challenges i overcome in aviation industry.

Customer Service

My typical work day would be a ten (12) hours shift per week. I have a good relationship with other workers, we appreciate each other, we positive aiming for one goal that is why we work as a Team, amd we manage our boundaries. I have learned a great deal about handling customer facing and it was great to have the chance to develop this area if my experience. I enjoy socializing and going for Team buildings. Most challenging aspects of my job is when i have to deny a passenger to board because of the incomplete documents.

I am will to grow according to knowledge and wisdom

I regard myself as hardworder and I am willing to join and put the ccompany in the next upper level, I am capable in making teamwork. I enjoy working with different people reason being is that I learn new things such as cultures and many more. I don't even mind working on holidays and night shifts only ifnit is authorised by the company. I do not have depends so by that I'll be always available when ever the company needs me

Average learning curve

Being a welder in an aviation industry is to make sure that operation in a airside run perfect and there's no delayed due to unserviceable Ground support equipment. It's a good space of work because I experience new challenge of defects everyday. I've learnt the most demand welding techniques in the industry. I enjoy most welding on a CO2 welding on a high current/voltage the sound it produces. Failure to do a proper welding is most challenging

Pros: Opportunities are very less
Cons: Only on weekends

Excellent learner

-Full of daily challengers -Have a good relationship with my co-workers -I have learnt despite all the differences working as a team makes things so much easier -Getting each flight out on time and having happy customers. -When flights delay and having a clash doing two flights together and having unhappy customers yelling at you is quiet challenging.

Great entry to the aviation industry

The job gives s great entry to aviation and to tourism and increases my knowledge of airport and their operations. Check in passengers,assigning seats on an aircraft, helping with baggage check in and arrivals and departures is a typical day at work. The people and airline representatives are good people to work with and make my day at work a bit challenging but good.

Pros: Great way to learn about aviation.

I have a good customer service to the guest, tourism certificates and French certificate. I travelled outside the country in Reunion island France .

Stepping stone, learning curb

I am a dynamic individual with 9 years of experience in a HR Generalist role in a National based Company. Having held an HR Business Partner position for the 5 years, I have acquired the necessary experience in managing HR processes efficiently and effectively. I am adaptable, with excellent planning and organising skills, developing implementing and driving business objectives. Everyday in HR is a new challenge, working with people is most challenging and at the same time rewarding.

Aviation industry knowledge.

I have learn more at aviation industry like how to handle another person's belongings.to know more about the security breaches by passengers.to know the labels of dangerous goods.
