My job description at my current employment

I'm working 8 to 10 hours a day that will include night shift. My relationship with my co-workers ,I things I'll say we get along very well and we do assist each other. I've been working for this company for than 2 years and I have learn lot of things like how to be polite, how to handle a situation when things a bad, how to provide a good customer service. I enjoy assisting customers with every requirements they need. The most challenging aspects of the job is when I have to address more 500 people with different background with information about a delay flight and what's challenging is each and everyone want a different answer according to what they gonna ask you.

As a person who learns more experience I promoted from junior to senior level

I'm check in passengers to final destination ad I make sure that their documents is correct to travel . And I have team work with my colleagues because I used to assist my flight controller with their work if we have hectic day ,example having over booked flights or delayed flight and cancelled flight . what I learnt with customer service we must always calm down when comes to passenger who's angry at us when they missed their flights . I enjoy most when our flight are on arrived on time and living on time without delays .The most challenging time is when flights are overbooked or delayed because passenger would be frustrated with their onward flights.

Pros: I will always be available any post that's come within the company,
Cons: I will be able to work long ours due to delays or cancelled flights

An amazing learning experience

My typical work day starts with contact customers to give updates on their claims and files. Paperwork is tedious due to it being alot however it ensures thorough processing. My relationship with Co worker are peaceful and pleasant. I have learnt alot about reading a customer and handling them in a way that will ensure that they are happy. I enjoy interacting with clients and helping them come to a solution to their problem. The most challenging aspect of my job is trying to do my best without proper resources.

Pros: Perfect environment to become an assertive individual
Cons: Salary is too less for the amount of work put in

God

Working as a Check-in agent for an International airline requires a lot of good and excellent Customer Service as you will be dealing with people from all over the world and as for an employee you need to make sure that you give it yourl all ,treat every Customer as your first. Best relationship you can build with your colleagues is having the ability to communicate and understand each other as rules and procedures will forever change in the Aviation industry,and that gave some much of better understanding on how to keep the passenger happy at all time regardless that sometimes you will find the worst Customer and you still need to make sure that you give it your best to attend to they needs

Experienced customer service and Ramp Handling

working in Bidair Services it made me to understand the importance of making sure your passengers or Customers are always receiving an excellent experience of Customer Service at all times. the kill and Knowledge i have gained is to know how to deal with Dangerous Good Baggages, is to know how to deal with any air side challenges i overcome in aviation industry.

Excellent

I have gained much experience in field that includes; telemarketing, office related duties, data capturing, filling, outlook /emails, client s consultations and services etc. Just to mention a few. I further have gained valuable insight in helping people in presenting information in a way that is accurate, efficient and effective. This includes client’s sale; enquiries and telephone techniques

Working for BidAir at the airport is a good way to gain experience in many diferent fields and job functions , the Aviation industry is very demanding cause of long working hours and shifts

Ability to communicate and learn how to solve problems

A normal working day starts from 8 am to 2 pm then other from 8 am to 08h30 pm with long hours. Co-workers are fun, energetic and helpful persons. I learnt how to communicate and solve problems with aand how to deal with difficult customers. I enjoyed working there because of the people one gets to meet and have an opportunity to learn from them how others cultures are. Dealing with a group of Chinese, Arabs and Thai passengers is the most difficult aspect of the job

Excellence

A typical work day consists of daily capturing of Time and attendance for employees. A Bionet machine is used to clock in and out when shifts begin or end. These documentation is brought up by duty managers for me to capture. Screening and interviews are also done every 2 weeks, candidates are selected, contracts prepared,and inductions are done upon selection. The relationship with co workers are cordial and easygoing. There is no pressure to behave formally but there are also boundaries. I have learnt more about IR regulations and legislations that I previously was not aware of, how important it is to keep a concentrated focused mind when capturing as it impacts on employees salaries for payroll. Capturing has also been the most challenging part of my job. As much as I enjoy working with people and am a sociable individual, there are often disruptions throughout the day which can be distracting.

Pros: Great atmosphere to work in and advancement in career opportunities+ paid for overtime hours
Cons: Heavy workload+ under-staffed with no HR Manager to overlook administrator's duties and tasks
