Excellent learning curve
I had a very good relationship with my co-workers. I have learned to work with BSM alerts escalating some alerts of which was for permanent staff, got that one opportunity to work as one of them. BSM was a very busy side the challenge was for me to multitasking even though I managed,.

ABOUT 8 HOURS A DAY MY DAY STARTS AT 9 OCLOCK AND WE DO THE NORM AND WHAT WE PASSIONATE ABOUT ANSWER CALLS ANS SERVE CUSTORMERS WHO ALWAYS COMPLAIN ABOUT DATA DISCOUNTS.I HAD A PROFFECIONAL FRIENDSHIP WITH MY COLLEAGES AND THEY WERE A TEAM WE HELPED EACH OTHER ALWAYS.MY BEST STREANGHTH IS THAT I CAN WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND BECAUSE OF THE WORK ETHIC THAT I HAVE I CAN MANAGE PRESSURE SO ENJOYED THE TENCENESS OFF HARD DAYS AT WORK.IT WAS CHALLENGING WHEN WE SHORT OF STUFF MEMBERS MAYBE SO OF US IS AT A SICK LEAVE OR ATTENDING EMERGENCY

Great learning curve, but no room for growth, no support to grow into other roles
working at Vodacom has been a great experience, my job is extremely admin intensive, I am always on the go and always working under pressure. I have been given so many responsibilities which are not on my job description but I have managed to successfully undertake these and work efficiently, I do not feel motivated working at Vodacom, hence I am looking for another opportunity where I can grow with the company, where I will get the support of my team members and managers, in time be groomed for e better position, I am looking for stability as I am studying as well

I was able to grow in knowledge
My expierence in working for the company was helpful it groomed me to be knowledgeable about different working environments. Daily I would be assisting vodashops and sales department with product information for commercial purposes and also data capturing was part of my duties. Working with a diversed people was exciting and tough but we understood the greater picture of being in the department.

Excelent when learning
working at Vodacom is great. working hard everyday and making sure that both costumers and staff members are happy. i love my job and my relationship with other workers is very great i learn a lot from them and i learnt to be a team player. when costumer is not happy thats the most challenging part

Learning curve
I AM EDWARD MAKHUVELE WHO OBTAINED FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DIPLOMA AT EHLANZENI TVET COLLEGE IN 2015. I AM CURRENTLY A DEALER COMMISSIONS ANALYST AT VODACOM FINANCE OPERATIONS IN VODACOM WORLD(FROM 01 AUGUST 2015 TILL DATE).I HAVE VOLUNTEERED AT HEALTH DEPARTMENT(BARBERTON HOSPITAL) FOR THE DURATION OF 18 MONTHS. I HAVE WORKED AT SAMHS FOR THE DURATION OF 2 YEARS AS A LOGISTICS CLERK. I AM A HARD WORKING YOUNG MAN WHO BELIEVES THAT I WILL BE A VALUABLE ASSET TO ANY COMPANY.

My experience in the call centre division has taught me fundamental principles on achieving customer satisfaction and it will be of great personal and professional growth when this institution considers me a capable candidate. I pay great attention to detail and is not easily distracted. Listening skills play a huge role in resolving customer complains/ queries on time and I bring this with me. Good customer relationships are key to my performance and I believe that my listening skills and empathy go a long way to ensuring that I meet their needs. My well-developed interpersonal skills together with my ability to communicate effectively contribute to my meeting deadlines .
Pros: Set a good role to new employees and get a great promotion too.
Cons: Long hours help me reach my deadlines.

Excellent platform to learn hard work
learning new things each day. learned how to master team work because most of the time we were working in teams. we did some travelling but mostly we did field work around town. promoting is quite a challenging work because when your promoting it more like selling. You have to have a way of attracting people to listen what you have to say then get them to sell the product that you are promoting. field work is challenging these days because people always think its a scam. even though this job was somehow challenging I never ever got a chance to complain because I have a very intelligent team. my co worker's were the best. we also worked with our supervisors and that made our work easy because they would show you how all the work is done.
Pros: lot of travelling which was exciting and made me eager or looking forward to with the people perhaps different from umtata residents
Cons: we worked 8 hours per day on weekdays and off on weekends.

Excellent Learning Curve. Oportunity to climb the copoarate ladder
A typical work day: Driving the department and divisional stratey through communucation with various stakeholder levels in the company. Relationship with co-workers: Have a sound relationship with co workers which is beneficial as it assist in cutting through red tape and asssits in with the delivery and completion of tasks timeously. What I have learnt: I have learnt that it take team work in order to deliver on the required objectives. A manager needs to build a good work relationship with staff in order to obtain the best performance output from them. Management means balancing work performance with staff personal goals. What I enjoy most: The interaction with various stakeholswr in the organisation. Being able to deliver a good product or service based on the strategy initiated. The most challenging aspects of the job is aligning other department startegy with your own as buget and resources remain and constraint. Regards Craig Christian
