Biggest Career Move
I moved from a Internal Sales Position to a very Large Corporate Company to gain more experience's and new opportunities. To improve on personal growth and be able to move with in the Corporate Environment. I am hard working and enjoy working, I'm a fast learner. I like to start my days early, so I am on the road and out the house before 6am, to beat the traffic. I have learnt a lot with working for a Corporate Company and ever so grateful in working here. The technology and the programs that I have been privileged to work on have broaden my understanding on how systems work. The only reason I am currently looking for a new job is for relocation, to move to Cape Town. The only challenging aspect that I currently have with my job, is that I am a contractor and would like a permeant position

Excellent learning curve, room for growth
Daily banking and sales recon. Filing and emails. Scanning and uploading documents. Data capturing and completing excel sheets. Batching of documents and invoicing. Booking in stock and inter branch transfers.answering the telephone , assisting customers and handling queries.

Cons: We work long hours daily, Saturday is from 8:30 till 16:00 and Sunday 8:30 till 13:00

Working with experienced employees
-I really enjoy resolving alarms and keep the Network stable -I learnt that communication is the key especially with your colleague that you share same area of Network and it is good to ask from experienced colleagues if you encounter challenges. -Most challenging of this Job is no knock off time, you find yourself still in the field after 17:00 and in summer no time to rest, Network is very unstable to storms and lightnings

My typical work every day is to make target and as sit clients with their queries and maintaining old existing clients I have a hood relationship with my co-workers I communicate and assist them were I can I have learnt to be responsible,acquired customer serbise skills, objection handling Maintaing target

You get to learn a lot
its a great company just labor brokers, it would maybe have been different without them. The environment is good just the pay is not that great.u learn a lot and in a sort space of time.

Learning curve
It is a way of opening bigger doors for greener pastures. Teaching me patience and giving me a new problem solving skill in this industry. Great customer care but does not have great employee care. With the low hourly rate and ridiculous shift schedule it becomes impossible for one to even rest.

Good working conditions, loads to learn and exposure to external learning
Work day starts early and usually extends even when you are home, but its the nature of the clients we have on our books I work with an awesome bunch of people who are equally if not more dedicated to our end users I have had the opportunity to study almost every year for my tenure thus far at Vodacom, but this has come from hard work myself I enjoy the people, the customers and the variety of the job The most challenging part of my job is that we service clients so we rarely have the luxury of not being connected to ensure their queries are always seen too.
