Working at a Vodacom Store
On a typical day we have do a bit of planning for the day set targets find fun ways to make the targets accomplishable by motivating the team being optimistic as the team leader was more of a must on my part and showing other that being positive and enjoying what we here to do sale n give the best possible customer care there one can give n remembering to smile cause as an individual you bust with outrage if you were given bad customer service so when helping a customer imagine yourself in his/her position them calling or walking they have chosen to deal or be assisted by you so make the best of every encounter. We are all different people but in our differences we come together for a common of customer service, speed n trust in that purpose we can build relationships with our clients and in tern they will be loyal n word of mouth makes the volumes about customer care.
Pros: Talking to different individuals and learning customer trends, behaviour,making money, clients smile, the team and a great of oppurtunity to learn n grow
Cons: long hours, system failure, stock shortages, umsystematic support from superiours

Best company to grow
monitoring states, fixing database, sending Job orders, attending meeting, attending customer complains, optimizing degrading sites, maintain the KPI, reporting alarms to relevant people, replacing equipment, drive testing the network, presenting my projects, working with the contractors on the site to ensure the site has no alarms,

Great learning experience
Answering calls Attending to clients needs Debt collection Adim work I learnt communication skills Computer skills I enjoyed working with different clients because they showed me things I was lacking Targets were the most challenging part because some other employees would be behind on them

I enjoyed working with people and the bonus was the phones, I love technology. We worked as a team, I loved the atmosphere, the buzz of difference conversations going on all at the same time. even though I worked weekends and on holidays I loved every bit of my job. I miss my customers the most.

Excellent learning curve
Working for my company can sometimes be challenging and stressfull as we deal with different people (customers) all the time irate and nice customers. As an employee you have to have a heart that can handle different emotions from different people. The people that I look forward in seeing is my colleagues we get along well the shop has more male staff than females, they have good sense of humour and are good to work with. I believe a work place is a place we're you should be happy as you spend most of the time in colleagues are like family.

Excellent learning curve
It's always great, exciting working with my team as well as an individual. I learn a lot everyday as we receive different customer queries each time you recieve a call and getting to learn products and services offered by the company. The challenges that I face everyday is when it comes to dealing with irate customers that's whereby you have to know how to approach such a situation, how you actually respond and try by all means to assist. I enjoy the fact that I get along with my colleagues and we help each other when needs be.
