Moments of magic
The most incredible moment is when you have a very angry client walking in the store complaining and willing to cancelling the contract and then you listen to the need and change their thoughts and see the smile on their face.The most challenging aspects is when the system is off line and you have a huge que waiting for you and a target to reach and the is only few employees at work place . I always make show that I have a well organised file with all my clients information so even if I do not make it to work I can inform my manager and one of my co-worker to take over.I have learned that listening and dedication to your work pays.I learned not to judge and help all my clients because that client yo look down in dirty overalls is the one who will bring more money to the company and that positive attitude you bring to your work place everyday is out determine how your day will go.

Toxic culture
Poor managers in PMO who are guessing what PMs should be doing and offer no support.Employees who manipulate the system. Inconsistencies in treatment.

Excellent customer service and administrative experience
On a typical working day my duty is to take office calls, assist with account related queries, count and book in stock, make sales and assist clients.I had a great relationship with my colleagues I have a passion for working with people, I've learnt how to be patient and how to work under pressure, i enjoyed taking office calls counting stock and doing basic administrative duties.The environment was challenging because I met new people on a daily basis and had to adjust to many different personalities.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn more about administrative and secretarial duties

Great customer service experience
I came in having a clue about Vodacom but eventually through my hard work and being a team player I worked my way up. Working at Vodacom as a sales consultant made me realise how important it is to have a relationship with customers.

Completed my MBA qualification Increased Digital sales with a growth of 160% Increased Call Centre sale with a growth 187% Won sales channel of the Year 2015/2016 (increased sales and revenue) Introduced Portfolio Friendly deals to the company. Created a "Fingertip report" to manage retail store performance. Now being used by Vodafone group companies. Renegotiated franchise agreement in 2008. Developed the Buy Back clause.In 2005 automated the claims process for retail stores. I have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the sales cycle. I have excellent listening skills and when it comes to working with diverse personalities I know how to get along with any client or co-worker. Taking advantage of technology is my greatest strength. When combining my past experience with my skills like strategy development, sales operations, multi-tasking, interpersonal and organizational skills, I would prove to be asset.

Excellent in giving an opportunity to see what other industries have
It give opportunity to see growth in the company and motivates to work harder to see yourself grow. salary not evident enough to sustain a good living, long working hours not rest as weekends are regarded as normal working days without overtime

My day at Vodacom
My day at works starts with opening the Vodacom shop. The best part of my day is dealing with my customers. I have a very good relationship with all my customers. I deal with each customer query in a positive way. I have a good working relationship with my Co workers, we get along well and deal with any issues that might appear together as a team. I have learnt a great deal at Vodacom. I learnt how to communicate with all different types of people and personalities. I learnt how to deal with stress in a positive way. The most challenging part of my job is when there is a difficult customer with a problem and i get to sort it out for them, and they leave the shop happy and smiling. That is the part of my job that i enjoy most. Happy customer happy employee.

I have learnt a lot but I think it's time for a change
The worst place to work for as there is no growth you stay where you are and the pay not that good for me to stay I give my all when it comes to this job but noting gets returned
