I am a very committed and a target driven personnel who always strive to win no matter how hard it is. I also work underpressure when needs be to normalize my future duties or tasks assigned to me. I am a hard working individual.

Good working conditions, loads to learn and exposure to external learning

Work day starts early and usually extends even when you are home, but its the nature of the clients we have on our books I work with an awesome bunch of people who are equally if not more dedicated to our end users I have had the opportunity to study almost every year for my tenure thus far at Vodacom, but this has come from hard work myself I enjoy the people, the customers and the variety of the job The most challenging part of my job is that we service clients so we rarely have the luxury of not being connected to ensure their queries are always seen too.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain experience in a fast moving ICT company
Cons: little room for growth in the regions, long work hours

Not excellent

Am no longer enjoying for this company because its contracts and the salary never increases.They treated employees like they are desperate. Anyway i enjoyed working for this company mostly because i have learned to be independent and take responsibility on customers

Extremely fast paced, strenuous and challenging. It came with a lot of deadlines and long hours.

Good day Thank you for the opportunity to apply for this opportunity. Fortunately I have gained an enormous amount of experience throughout my career at Vodacom as an Executive Assistant. I do love working with people and am a team worker, but can also work on my own. My verbal and communication skills are very good. I feel I have the needed computer literacy to be a successful assistant. I also enjoyed arranging meetings, conferences and events. I am a hard and loyal worker and don't give up until I get the task given done. I am unfortunately a perfectionist an could be one of my weaknesses as I tend to want check and re-check work. One of my strengths are definitely my perseverance when it comes to my work and my personal life. I thank you ones again for the opportunity give to apply, Warm regards, Andene

Self-motivation, self-confidence and good communication skills

I am currently setting the strategic organisational projects together with engineering planning team and taking ownership of the strategic execution of these projects within my area of responsibility and /or business unit. I direct, motivate and manage resources (Contractors, Regions, TX Engineering) activities. I also lead the development of budgets and schedules, monitor and communicate the progress and initiate actions to ensure that schedules are met and the work is executed effectively within budget meeting set financial targets. I normally communicate the overarching project strategic objectives and the company’s values and vision. Keep the senior executive’s team informed on the important factors influencing the project, relevant trends that impacts future strategy and the operational plans and capital budget.

Able to work under pressure

It was an internship based on radio planning and compiling weekly reports on the performance of the sites. Used microsoft exel for calculations and other softwares like microsoft presentation to prepare weekly reports. I learnt alot however I felt I could've contributed more in the IT field where I could enjoy the challenge that comes with it.

Cons: Lot of work

Implemented projects to client. third party suppliers and work with the Africa units in the respective African Countries as well as South Africa meetings mailing quality checks and working overtime when necessary

Great experience.

Learnt alott with regards to quality of work. Coping with work stress. Best part was being ourdoors. I worked with plenty people with different work ethic and attitude. The most challenging was working with incompetent people. Was able to plan my day according to the importance off faults.

My experience in the call centre division has taught me fundamental principles on achieving customer satisfaction and it will be of great personal and professional growth when this institution considers me a capable candidate. I pay great attention to detail and is not easily distracted. Listening skills play a huge role in resolving customer complains/ queries on time and I bring this with me. Good customer relationships are key to my performance and I believe that my listening skills and empathy go a long way to ensuring that I meet their needs. My well-developed interpersonal skills together with my ability to communicate effectively contribute to my meeting deadlines .

Pros: Set a good role to new employees and get a great promotion too.
Cons: Long hours help me reach my deadlines.
