am a person who is deligated to the work .l train staff l do workshops l come out with the good results when it comes to store visits.l a person when the is the buyers in shop am the one who is taking them through.l mak sure always the store is visual appealing l merchandise l follow the store layout l do that to attract the custormers to mak them wanna come back more couse the store is always neat and tidy its visual enough to customers to make them shop with smile.l go extramille l go open new stores and l go fix another stores when it comes to merchandising they call me becouse they know am the best for the company.like working with my coleques couse we a team and we mak it work at the end of the day.

I have worked with different companies such as platinum promoters and expanding brands .i have been a promoter almost 2years now because at truworths i work as a casual staff. I have a drivers license code 10 ,i'm stil studying Business management in Damelin durban city a,it my 2nd year and hopefully by next year i'l be doing my 3rd year. I jst want to grow in a big company learn alot of stuff and if i get employed is to make sure my work get recognized and also contribute my knowledge and skills and add growth in the business. I'm very a hard workin person and i can convince any person to buy any product and offer good customer service.

Excellent customer service
My name is lawyer makhubane and i am 29 years of age,currently i am working at truworths as service desk consultant..serving customers,opening new accounts and also do follow ups about their odering requests,doing also morning workers whch is filling day before working documents updating our board where u can see our daily targets n monthly targets

Hard worker
at my work most of the time I am working with customers , I am well self system and great in doing customer services. we work as team all the time and I manage to deal with some hard times. I have learnt to work with different kind of people . most of the thing I enjoy at work is the training we do together it build me.

Excellent learning curve
We were like a family everyone was on firat names basis and going to work had an awesome feeling along with it. I learnt alot about customer service and how to manage on the service decsk because that is what i needed to do on a daily basis. Most difficult chanllenge is dealing with difficult customers but at yhe end got through it like a pro.

Knowledge and skills
Truworths gave me the opportunity to upgrade skills and knowledge especial in customer service and how to deal with difficult situations, it is the company where you can work hard to persuade your dream or make a career but at the same time make me wanna aim higher because in life we have responsibilities.so that is why I took a step to apply job placement so that I can cover my response .truworths give people opportunity to drive their dream and the environment it's so good.

Good for Building Experience, but not for long term
Working at Truworths has been a good experience. Working in a field were you have to deal with certain individuals (customers) was a new thing for me. But having dealt with individuals (Call Centre) it wasnt that difficult for me as i settled in quickly. Having being there for a year now i feel that i have done all that i can. The are no new challenges as i feel like i can do more. i know theres a lot more i can offer. Thats what i want, a new challenge. And theres the very low salary, I certainly know that im worth more than what i currently earn considering how much effort and hard work i have to put in each day. I enjoy working with my colleagues because their all good people, some have shown me the ropes and given me new experiences. I enjoy helping friendly customers and i think the most hardest thing to come across are difficult customers. Working at Truworths has taught me to be calm as possible. Thats one Skill I'll be taking everywhere else i go.

Excellent platform
it is a fun environment to work in, filled with dynamic individuals, enthusiastic and hard working, driven by targets we set daily. I have learned to work independently and among a team. I enjoy the motivational session we hold weekly. the most challenging aspect at work will be not getting hold of customers, that can some times be a set back because you don't get to the target you set yourself.

Its a learning curve
I am still a casual but it is a learning curve i would say.and there are not many opportunities that really present themselves to us in that case i would say its not all the time you get an opportunity to apply for a post in the company and you actually get an interview for it so it is tough but a great opportunity to learn responsibility.

Excellent learning curve
I would like to introduce myself as a candidate for the Debt Collector position that your company advertised yesterday on the website I have the ability to listen, persuade, and negotiate, whilst at the same time building trust with the customer. I can also be relied upon to make a sincere commitment to meet the debtor’s needs at the highest level, every time. My accumulated experiences enable me to negotiate payment and settlement terms with those who have fallen behind on their financing payments. However, my real expertise lies in my ability to analyse credit reports, loan histories and financial records to come up with suggestions for establishing payment plans.
