I enjoyed my time at truworths, not only did i grow in experience but as a person as well, thanks to a loving and supportive team which you can not only teach but learn from, under the guidance of a experienced and dedicated manager, I learnt so much including people skills, problem salving, how to work under pressure and so much more.

I learned how to communicate with customers and how to assist them in different queries.

This job taught me alot about taking care of customers. My colleagues and I were working together if there's something that I don't or forgot how to do it I'll ask them they'll help me out we work as a team,typical day would be that there will be alot of customers who are aggressive at the working place. I have learned to merchandise,solve qustomers queries, dressing up the customer and doing a morning work. what I enjoyed doing most was dealing with customers,house keeping and merchandising . Challenges I face at work is dealing with difficult furious customers.

Excellent customer service,excellent communication skills

I have strong knowledge in Microsoft office Packages and I am very interested in Web designing and development. I am positively sure that I have a lot to offer to your institution. I am highly skilled in providing administrative support to make sure that office operations are running in an effective advanced and perfect manner.Well versed in typing letters, reports and documents, maintaining office files, distributing mail, taking minutes of meetings and organising repairs and usage to office equipment. Track record of maintaining confidential records and files in a timely manner. Adapt at preparation of official documents, planning of meetings and prepare agendas, responding to phone calls and directing calls to appropriate employees. I have excelled in highly dynamic and energetic environments, Have the enthusiasm and ambition to succeed, and have good communication and listening skills, I always dedicate myself to whatever task given and I always meet deadlines.

Willing to learn and share

I work on the floor I help customers with fashion whom ever needs helps am always avail myself to make them feel important in the fashion lifestyle and introduce them to current trending fashion. I love communicating with my colleagues and working together in order to make our working environment lovely and putting the organisation name in fa greater image. One on one issues and handling them well without any kind of superior's assistance and how to sell the product, also offering the company services to the customer on how they benefit. Merchandising my department, keeping it clean and tidy so it can be easier for customers to shop. So far I have no challenges beside wanting to upgrade my position.

My Working Experience at Truworths

Its nice working at Truwoths because we serve a good customer service to our customers and they give us complement cards,the people am working with they are good people and friendly,I have learn a lot from this company like how to approach a customer with a good manner,good customer service and how to solve conflict at work,I enjoy when customer appreciate my customer service and complement me with my merchandizing at my department and lastly the most challenging aspect of the job is when they give us target of the accounts that we must open a day as individual I sometimes struggle to reach my target because most of the customers that come to our they do have account but because I don't give up easily with my launch time I go out and canvas out side until I reach my target

Excellent learning curvey and grooming

Working as a telemarketer increasing creditlimit on exsting customer accounts, doing customer service surveys and all taking inbound calls where by customers will be sent smses and if they are interested in increasing the credit limit they will be connected with a callxentre agent and the creditlimit will be increased then telephonical.or a customer can request a account card from us or to change details on the account such as adress and contact details
