Traing supervisor
Start my day at times 8_5 depending on my shift. Do morning work,sorting day before spikes and returns and refund dockets. Do print out verify if I got supporting dockets and file it do banking sheets fill tgemout and put it safe till banking comes. Do morning checks on safe and take devices and empty spike to the main desk open all systems check if any dockets were left behind. Count flaot and do lunch schedule. Then print out morning meeting figure at 8:45 morning meeting starts. We do coverage and oparation starts at 9. I enjoy do administration it keeps me on my feet and fix where in lacking. Whan its a slow day coz it will be hard to make target and when we short staff and we have a have a busy day .

Managing people
I was a supervisor as Truworths for 8years.Use to manage more than 30 staff members .I love working with people give them training on how things need to be done and share my ideas.I would live to join you company and learn more about it

Who I am and what I have learnt
I am workaholic, Self motivated, confident and competent person with ability to work hard and assertive. I believe that nothing is impossible through hard work and dedication and I am so friendly everybody loves me there,they said I make a very good team working and since I've been with Truworths I have learnt lot of things for example: Giving customers the best services, Team work , knowing the systems and also how to build relationships with others every time when I am not at work I really miss my colleagues and they also miss me. and I always make sure that i do my whole work of the day before I knock off

I think that I'm now well groomed with retail I have a knowledge of many things what I need is a company that will appreciate my in put by not under paying me

Service Desk Consultant
My role in the company is to do many things. It ranges from assisting customers with sales, answering and making calls to and on behalf of customers, i.e account queries. It is also doing basic administrative duties such as receiving and dispatching of customer orders and filing of delivery notes.
Pros: It keeps me busy.
Cons: Constantly being busy wears me out

Superb learning at truworth
I have learn much more at work,including training i got at truworth such as costumers service,communication skills,Cash desk service,Banking an stock room supervisor training,I enjoy being working with my colleagues that makes me who am now.

Great retail exposure
Wonderful environment, people at the work place become family. Sales is very cut throat. I work for a brand that a not so well known. There fore I have to go way over the extra mile to achieve over and above sales. I thoroughly enjoy liaising with different people of different ethnic groups and personalities on a daily basis. Current company has benefits such as medical aid etc, which is excellent for future planning, also double pay on Sundays and public holidays. I have gained so much of sales experience from my current job, every adventure is a new learning experience. Ive learnt to be on the till, I've learnt tricks and trades of the business. The most challe going aspects of the job would be the hours and days off. Its very draining, physically and mentally. Very stressful which leads to unhappiness .

Great learning curve
Working at truworths has taught me the importance of teamwork. It has taught me how to be patient and I learned new things that I didn't know about myself which is always having a smile and providing a great customer service. Helping people to match their clothes has been really amazing.
