Good Customer service skills
I am an energetic and great communicator. Working in a retail store as a sales consultant for two years has helped me build confidence for myself and taught me the importance of customer loyalty. I am punctual, dependable and can be counted upon to finish what I started. I understand my customer needs. I also consider myself hardworking, reliable, helpful, outgoing, organised, honest and cooperative.

Work experience
It's a huge leading company,with lot of different work you do inside the store. From being a cashier at the tills, to a sales consultant,whereby u have 2 convince a customer to buy and get what they want, to giving customer service,like not being short tempered and lazy to assist a customer. But i mostly enjoyed being behind a till. And it's been a very wonderful journey thus far. I'm used to working late nights and doing overtime time and again. And I can work under pressure and bring out the best I can. Luckily enough I have the best colleagues that we get along.

Good learning curve
It is a very tiring job because I spend most of the day working standing for the past 11 years. I do work well with my colleagues as a team. Though it is a challenging job that pays less I still enjoy working as a sales consultant. The most challenging aspects are the difficult customers that wants special attention and I must always keep calm and listen to them all the time.

Excellent learning
I'm a very friendly person.love working with people.I'm always willing to learn from other people and from my mistakes .I have a very good communication skill .I always start my day with a positive mind to keep me focused for the day. I have learned that team work beat every challenge and makes ur job easy. I enjoy working with energetic people and sharing ideas. Dealing with rude customers makes it hard for me

Great experience

Excellent customer service
Truworths is a big store in south Africa,it selling cloth,cosmetic, phone and lingeries it use cash and account,it have a lot of customers because of service they get.

I have learnt everything in the store
I have been on learnership . I had experience and learnt everything . I am employed as a cross trained . I'm a permanent flexi . I know admin procedures managers duties the ins and outs. I enjoyed when we had opportunities to conduct trainings. The best was working as team merchandising . I learnt the extra time put into your departments brings great amount of sales . Visual appealing stores is what brings customers.

Great experience
What i have learned a great deal is being patient and being focused, i thought i was patient until i started working there i got to talk to nice customers and not so nice customers. When i enjoyed my day is when im rewarded for most paid according to the salary dates and reaching our target as a team. I enjoy working individually and also as a team team because i get to learn new strategy from different people that help is reach benchmarks. I dont mind sharing ideas that works for me because although we are rated individually we are also working as a team. The challenging aspect is working towards an incentive as they rate is quarterly.

Good and Educational
I really had a great experience and I walked out with a lot of Knowledge I did a learnership in 2016 which I finished Feb 2017 I overcame all negativity and played my part as a student as well as a consultant.I've worked at the cash desk,admin office as well as the stockroom I can proudly say I knew alot of thing's in and out the learnership was an advertage.I lobed my colleges dearly even thought sometimes we didn't see eye to eye but the communication and respect was awsum , The most challenging was being under paid sometimes but that too did not stop my ethics.

Excellent learning experience
Working at truworths was a great experience even thou it needs someone who is active someone who can multitask but with the efforts I made,I managed to get through it all My relationship with the manager was a strong one that she even promoted me to being a beauty consultant for Revlon
