Great opportunity offer
Working with customers it can be challenging at some time. Truworths have impacteted so much in me i found it easy to deal with any customer my work is to deliver a best costomer service and deliver a good result. I learn to understand individual of my colleagues and customer. I've learned that you can not provide a good result if you do not corporate with other. I can say my relationship is perfect my my co'workers. I'm a self driven person always want to learn new things as i was involve in a learnership programme thats where i learnt a lot of things such as how to do a customer service, merchandising, service desk consultant doing a stock take etc i've Learnt that in a retail you should put the costomers first respect them people. I enjoy when i'm working at a front desk because its where interact with the different people

Great experience
it's was a great experience working at truwoths I've learn more about how to treat customers, nitness of the store even my self, working under pressure, I had a great experience with my colleges the relationship thank you ☺

Good
Growth is there,I enjoyed a lot to be a part of a team. Manager is friendly and there 's more training if u want to improve ur skills. What I enjoyed most is you learn to work as a team,you learn new things everyday and most of all good customer service is best.

My review to the company its been great working but my concern is to be more important and treating everyone equal because equality is virtue and on our employment act 1997 and be very meaningful in everything trying to explain.

Excellent learning curve
Perform merchandising of the department allocated to me and ensure that customers who are in need of assistance are assisted with high service possible. And I also did cashier duties. Hand-in-hand with co-workers we worked. Helped each other whenever the work load increases gradually on the side of the other co-worker. During my work at the company I have learnt that customer service is not always about bringing money in the company, but it is more about customer satisfaction because a happy customer will always be a returning customer. Who will not only return, but will bring more customers with him/herself. I enjoy working in a challenging environment because challenges brings opportunities for a person to grow through them. The most challenging aspect of the job is just having to deal with working an unfriendly environment, where employees are treated unequally.

Growing experience

Excellent learning curve
Working at Truworths tough me a number of things, which includes working under pressure, working with a lot of people, and dealing with a lot of customers with different attitudes. Working while studying has allowed me to learn one of the most important skills which is time management. The most challenging aspect about working at retail is working long hours, sometimes stores close at 22:00
