Excellent learning curve
We were like a family everyone was on firat names basis and going to work had an awesome feeling along with it. I learnt alot about customer service and how to manage on the service decsk because that is what i needed to do on a daily basis. Most difficult chanllenge is dealing with difficult customers but at yhe end got through it like a pro.

I am a Hard worker and confident.I am eager to learn you things everyday and I believe in myself.I am motivated by poverty.in the midst of challenges and poor background i still work my way up because I know that current circumstances or background doesn't define who I am,but I can be what I want to be.

I'm very friendly to our customers, I'm always on time at work, I get the best of my to what I do and I have archive 2 excellent work certificate in 2 years in a row, which proves my dedication and hard work. I still have the ability to grow even out side my current company.

It has groomed me as I was fresh from varsity
Handling customer payment and complaints. I have a good relationship with my colleagues and some of them are like family to me. I have learnt that if one want good recognition in a workplace then they have to work hard. I enjoy meeting new people and learning from them. The most challenging thing is some customers can be rude and you just have to pretend as if your feelings are not hurt because at the end of the day its work.

Looks can be deceiving
All about team spirit. Immediate team very supportive. If you want to move up ladder you need to study. So further studies are encouraged. Learnt to make lots of notes as it comes in handy.

High volume work experience
Working at Achievement Awards group banking environment is a high intensity corporate environment but is a great honour as well. When I walk into the doors, bright painting lighten up your day, with colleagues always rushing to hug and greet and motivate you for the day. I will always send motivational quotes over our work channel group and will be complimented for making some peoples day. When 8 strikes work load gets hectic can barely hold a conversation with a colleague Bc we have wealth and investment customers waiting who are important clients to the bank. Overall its always a cultural vibrant environment.

This is a great opportunity
It is a great pleasure to say working at truworths is so nice ive learn a lot for the past few years ive work the,the people are so great to with we like family yes there is difficulties in the as any other but what i like about this company is how the appreciate their workers ive grown a lot from the point ive started till date ,ive learn how to communicate with different people from different race,for 6months of every year the task we do ro test our knowledge,how to deal with difficult customers moody individuals you become a social worker,psychology a mother,sister an everything.
Pros: This is great opportunity to work at this company, the growth withing the company is slow but once you get it u learn a lot gettung to meet different characters around the company the challenges you have to deal with, they keep you on your toes

Excellent learning curve
Truworths has helped to develop me as an individual. Dealing with customers from offpeak and onpeak of the month. You challenge to move out of you comford zone and strive for good sales and good rating for customer. Working with an open minded team that motivate each other to do more and grow. I have learned how to work with pressure and dealing with different individual. How to work under pressure and still produce good results.Doing the business administration. Receing and balancing of stock. All in all i have learned so much from customers service, administration , banking , salea and many more.
