I would say that a typical working day is always stressful....due to the working environment...my collueges are just not team workers, especially the main people which is the manager, the supervisor and the visual merchandiser.ive really learn a lot from working at this company because i started working fresh out of school, so i had no experience at all. I reallly do enjoy merchandising especially in earthchild and ltd kids.i also enjoy working with different customers and i love helping thrm most of all...the most challenging aspects is working at the servicr desk, due to my ability having to know how to deal with difficult customers especially.
Pros: The money pays my bills
Cons: Hours are always being cut

Superb learning
Truworths it's a very good big company through out the world anyone could wish to work for,however there are lot of challenges and great experience, Relationship at my company with co-worker it is not good at all,though I have learnt so much e.g leadership,,good impression towards my stuff.
Pros: Great opportunity to be a Supervisor

Truworths is a great workplace,ever since I started working there I've learnt a lot.
I started working as a sales consultant from 2010 and I got promoted to my current position. I have gained a lot of experience "business wise ",Fashion and how to deal with customers.Im looking to be in a new environment because I feel I have served enough in the company and chances of growing are very slow,so I don't feel challenged anymore.
Pros: It is a good plac of work,especially when you love working with people and the love of fashion.
Cons: I normally work from Monday to Saturday,the working hours are fine,but need a change

A learning experience
It's a company that makes sure that it's staff are trained at all the times. It keeps on following up on staff trainings to make sure that staff offers a best customer service to customers. It believes in customer first.
Pros: U get a good trainings to be able to do the job
Cons: Doing 3 people's work and still expected to deliver a good service

Great learning experience
My days are always different from the other days, I get to deal with different customers each day and sometimes it's the same customers but still it's always different and has it own challenges. My colleagues and I are like one big happy team and family, we may have our differences at some point but we respect and appreciate each other and we truly believe in communication. I have the most beautiful team anyone could ever ask for. During the time I have served as a Sales Consultant I have really learnt how to be patient, not to take things into heart especially with angry customers, I am more alert, energetic, excellent communication skills, how to build good relationships with customers and I have learnt how to multitask. I really get motivated and pleased when I get to put a smile on my customer's face in any situation, my customers are always my first priority. The challenges are always there but what hits me the most is rejection.
Pros: Get incentives for opening new accounts and reaching the target
Cons: Short of staff and not enough working hours

I learnt a lot from where I currently work and I enjoy working with people and I like challenges
I once enrolled in a Basic Business Skills Learnership. Where I learnt a lot about business and I was trained on the following concepts Basic skills of Customer Service Time management Bookkeeping Utilizing financial statements Marketing Then I have the work experience

Good experience and team work
I have a lot of experience and also learned so very much about team building and getting to multitask in different departments with in 7 working hours of the business, I have learned onbhow to respect time to get to work and even knock off time unless there was extra time given,the relationship we have here its the best especially with the merchandisers because its with them that we interact the most because they come to us to fetch the stock to the sales floor, then the most challenging time its during pick trade where by we would receive too much stock an we have a little space with a lot of stock in the stockroom, but due to our experience we would come up with a solution of coming in early for work but that is after we made an agreement with the manager,I enjoy how we all have to participate in everything so that we get our jobs done and reach our target on daily bases

Excellent training and exposure for a new graduate student to learn
I thoroughly enjoyed working at Truworths. One could never predict a typical work day as with retail things can change very quickly. I worked with an incredible team. I really enjoyed trading my product and working with a dynamic team.
Pros: Great to learn
Cons: Not a lot of recognition given.

Great learning curve
it is a great company to work for but there is no growth.you do the same thing every day. there are no challenges. there is a very huge number of people working in the office and that gives one an opportunity to learn how to treat people and how to live with different people. there is a lot of competition because each person is required to meet the banchmarks that are given to us.

On stuff performance, shrinkage, sales,merchandising,promotions,stock control,coaching,Admin,how manage controlable and non controlable costs, IR and Labour Relation also hiring stuff
