Who I am and what I have learnt
I am workaholic, Self motivated, confident and competent person with ability to work hard and assertive. I believe that nothing is impossible through hard work and dedication and I am so friendly everybody loves me there,they said I make a very good team working and since I've been with Truworths I have learnt lot of things for example: Giving customers the best services, Team work , knowing the systems and also how to build relationships with others every time when I am not at work I really miss my colleagues and they also miss me. and I always make sure that i do my whole work of the day before I knock off

Great retail exposure
Wonderful environment, people at the work place become family. Sales is very cut throat. I work for a brand that a not so well known. There fore I have to go way over the extra mile to achieve over and above sales. I thoroughly enjoy liaising with different people of different ethnic groups and personalities on a daily basis. Current company has benefits such as medical aid etc, which is excellent for future planning, also double pay on Sundays and public holidays. I have gained so much of sales experience from my current job, every adventure is a new learning experience. Ive learnt to be on the till, I've learnt tricks and trades of the business. The most challe going aspects of the job would be the hours and days off. Its very draining, physically and mentally. Very stressful which leads to unhappiness .

Fast learner and dedicated to my work
working at truworths is a great experience i have learned and with such a big company that has ethics that meets our labour rights ,i cant complain about bhaviour or unfairness .a typical working day at truworths is hard working and meeting our collection targets to make sure the company doesn't suffer any revenue from collections.i have a good relationship with my co-workers as im the person thy trust nd believe that i bring fun at my work but im very strict at handling your work ,i enjoy working with such a dynamic company and having to meet the heas of the company every day and having a chat about the company values

Excellent learning
Dear Sir/madam I'm applying for this job because I'm a hard working person,and I have a working experience of 3-4 years in to an industry, I can handle different situation s that comes,and I like working as a team so that I can teach other and learn from them. Choosing me you will never regred you will even get courage.

Good learning curve
The experience I have gained in this company is really amazing as training was provided of the company processes which enhanced my knowledge about the company. I worked with an amazing team members. The challenging part of thejob was travelling outside the country for longer than a week. The other challenging part was that there was no reimbursement for business travel. Otherwise the company culture and environment is quiet good.

Inspiring Growth
Its is great working in retail more especially on quiet day because it give you a chance with the staff to have a one on one to be able to know them more ,and to be able to identify their strength and weaknesses . the process make it easy for you as a manager to know your staff well for when you have to do the performance development discussion you know how to rate them . I have learnt a lot on how to initiate a hearing and to be a scribe and take notes during the hearing and that opened my eyes on the laws to follow before taking the route of dismissal . most challenging part of my job is to discipline the staff but that where I applied the parenting rule you discipline your child because you want to see them being successful not failing .

Cons: Long hours stock take 8:00 till late when the stock is finished counted .

Outstanding learning curve.
Working for truworths was the best experience I've ever got,I got to learn how to deal with difficult customers, how to solve queries,how to do banking,how to merchandise,how to process sales,no to give the best customer service,how to help customer with his or hee journey in the shop ,how to increase sales and how to multi task.
Pros: When you work hard you get a reward.
Cons: Long working unpaid hours.

Learning how to deal with people from all walks of life
dealing with people, considering each individual has their own personality therefore at times you have consider them to accommodate their needs but also maintain your own morals and values
