I would say that a typical working day is always stressful....due to the working environment...my collueges are just not team workers, especially the main people which is the manager, the supervisor and the visual merchandiser.ive really learn a lot from working at this company because i started working fresh out of school, so i had no experience at all. I reallly do enjoy merchandising especially in earthchild and ltd kids.i also enjoy working with different customers and i love helping thrm most of all...the most challenging aspects is working at the servicr desk, due to my ability having to know how to deal with difficult customers especially.

Superb learning
Truworths it's a very good big company through out the world anyone could wish to work for,however there are lot of challenges and great experience, Relationship at my company with co-worker it is not good at all,though I have learnt so much e.g leadership,,good impression towards my stuff.

My current job
I am currently a caretaking store manager at truworths Westwood, I am a supervisor as well as merchandiser. My role extends through many fields of the business like managing the floor, running the store, receiving and dispatching of stock, maintaining visual standards and managing staff. I seek better opportunities with more growth progress and remuneration.

My Job Review
Im a store manager since 2008. Typical work day includes: safe check, procedures checks, stock counts, staff meeting unpacking and capturing stock, attending to emails from Head Office and Area Manager. I get along well with co-workers. I believe treat others the way you would like to be treated. I have learnt alot regarding retail, IR, administration and people interactions. I enjoy administration and training staff. The process of the stock counts are challenging.

Excellent learning
I always calm down in every situation, working on a retail is not easy but I always humble my self and try to treat all the situations in a fair manner. I respect all my colleagues and able to learn and share. Am a team worker that's what I've learned most and multitasking. I enjoy making the customer happy, I love solving problems. The most challenging is long hours of standing.

Great learning experience
My days are always different from the other days, I get to deal with different customers each day and sometimes it's the same customers but still it's always different and has it own challenges. My colleagues and I are like one big happy team and family, we may have our differences at some point but we respect and appreciate each other and we truly believe in communication. I have the most beautiful team anyone could ever ask for. During the time I have served as a Sales Consultant I have really learnt how to be patient, not to take things into heart especially with angry customers, I am more alert, energetic, excellent communication skills, how to build good relationships with customers and I have learnt how to multitask. I really get motivated and pleased when I get to put a smile on my customer's face in any situation, my customers are always my first priority. The challenges are always there but what hits me the most is rejection.
