Very good company that gives lots of opportunities like personal growth within the organisation.
Need to grow and get more experience and knowledge in the cooperate world. And learn about other business cultures. Company that gives lots of opportunity like bursaries and employs graduate in training. Lots of diversity awareness since its a big company. Transparent from management level to be aware what employees are working towards on.
Pros: would love to grow further and be knowledgable

Growth Opportunity
I have been working as Costing Officer for 7 years , in Cost and Management Department for large manufacturing company Transnet Engineering. This has been given me a great opportunity of leaning business in all aspects. Investigating cost abnormalities , assisting in product costing, budget versus cost analysis ,correcting costs via journals , reconciliations' are my everyday tasks as well as any adhoc work which may be required. Providing service to a large number of people has taught me to deal or handle different people in a different manner and according to their different levels and in doing so I have developed good working relationships amongst them. Having high volume of work and tight deadlines has taught me to prioritize ensuring that deadlines are adhered to in terms of work deliverables.

Working with people is my strength
I'm being work in Project Management environment for more than 12 years. I've developed passion in this field, but what interest most is working with people from different background, different culture, different personalities. Projects differs in complexity and one tend to learn a lot almost on a daily basis as challenges differs. I like working with young energetic professional because they always challenges experienced people but most it is also an opportunity for one to share their experience and transfer the skills.
Pros: looking forward for more accountability and responsibility
Cons: Can tolerate people who can't make a decision especially at the senior level

A great learning and innovative curve
I am a young hard working lady who is tine precise pay attention into detail in everything i do i easily adapt to environment, and when it cime to co worker i easily get along with anyone regardless of the mood i am just a happy human in general i cant get angry for longer than 5 minutes,i have learnt that we learn every day and listen is the greatest skill, respect is earned both sides i dont find anything challenging at a work place if u put effort.

I'm a leader , mentor and a coach
I went through all the levels of artisan and management...I am multi skilled, I'm output driven, flexible, team player and always available where there are bottle necks on the floor....I'm visible to direct workers and have more than enough people skills.I have an open door policy and have good relationship with unions and they respect me a lot. I'm a good communicator and motivator. I'm a hard worker and keep pride in my work and I am reliable. Major challenges is the material availability, high absenteeism resulting in production targets not met. Always ensure production material is available for the planned monthly sales and have one month stock available at any given stage. Keep supply chain monitored on the long lead items and always ensure there is a back up supplier, through development of new suppliers.
Pros: Always ready for new challenges, always take charge when my boss is not available and on holidays and I never disappoint.
Cons: I work unlimited hours

good company very informative learnt how to be a better industrial engineer Reduction of overall wagon cycle time, Reduction of train delays and train cancellations on identified yards, Supply chain capacity creation which can lead to volume growth, and Improved OTIF challenges all train delays
