Learning curve

I learned to many thing in the company,how to solve a pressing problem and again to work well under the supervision also pressure.No matter how deep is the the situation is I learned how to tackle the matter on my own without my supervisor being involved.

Excellent working experience

I excellent working environment and enjoyed working as a team.   DUTIES AND FUNTION            : To provide national contact centre to all Telkom's residential Customers     To provide a communications solution by marketing and selling products and services thereby generating revenue and maintaining To provide a communications solution by marketing and selling products and services thereby generating revenue and maintaining   customer satifaction. To actively grow and defend our core markets To investigate and resolve customer queries/ enquiries/ complaints to the customer's satisfaction And testing , logging faults on the faulty lines and helping customer's with the accounts and logging disputes.

Excellent learning curve.

It has been an excellent learning curve as I got to get experience in sales and IT. A typical normal day would include having customers come into the store with regards to queries on billing, contracts, updating of details, product queries and bringing in of broken merchandises such as modems, cellphones and laptops.

Pros: Different incentives.
Cons: Having to work very long hours.

Listen carefull to what client needs

Working in a call center environment is not an easy thing to do needs someone who is patient with cluents because you working and talking to different clients everyday so u have to love what you are doing but the fact is at the end of the day clients must be fully satisfied

Excellent for Experience

1 I am current working for Telkom as Senior Associate. 2 I have 7 Months experience at Telkom 3 Within 7 months working for telkom we went up from 30th position to position 1st as a team 4 I take pride in my job and i am will willing to learn 5 Personally I enjoying learning and even go extra mile bacause i know it is going to pay off. 6 Before I worked for telkom ,I was working for PE College as IT intern.

Excellent learning platform

My typical day at work is to provide marketing support to the sales team. I have developed very strong working relationshios with my co-workers and we have developed a trust with each other. I have learnt many new things but becoming a leader wass the most valuable lesson. I enjoy interacting with different people with different personalities and learning from them. The most challenging part of my job is being dependant on other people or departments to meet deadlines
