Excellent learning curve

I would go the extra mile to get my job done, perfectly! Go even further to give excellent customer service and support! Working for Telkom is great especially for people who love to constantly challenge themselves. A typical day will include going through the mailbox and the resolve customer queries. My co-workers were really helpful and we got along very well. I learned a lot about the company and the services that we provided to our customers. I enjoyed the time we had in the office (good and bad). The most challenging aspect of the job was to make customers happy and it's always a challenge with Telkom because some departments did not comply with the turnaround time we set for customers and it would aggravate customers.

Excellent learning curve

A typical day is assisting customers by configuring their modems, laptops and also cellphones. Troubleshooting their mail servers and connecting them. Selling them data, sim swaps and creating new contracts. Booking devices for repairs.

Great for working environment experience

The company has a lot of pressure especially dealing with clients, which is good in the sense that it builds you as a worker, you learn how to deal with tough situations and develop thick skin.

I love working with customers , very passionate and love excellening in all I do

My typical work day is to prepare customer communication when we have new or enhancement on products , I review previous campaigns to see success or failure. I attend interdepartmental meetings to work on challenges encountered the previous day I have a great working relationship with the team , we share good practices and what works for our individual campaigns I have learnt a lot by reading on market trends , this has improved my communication and understanding of what customers needs are I love my job , it has made me a great communication specialist The industry is challenging as there is too much competition , one needs to be ahead of competition all the time

LEARN NEW THINGS EVERDAY AND AS THE IS NO FORMAL TRAINING, YOU TRAIN YOUSRSELF

A typical days work includes responding to email and liasing wit clients regarding their cases or disputes . I learn different processes regarding billing or how to asssit clients. I enjoy speaking with clients as it gives me an opportunity to explore my communication skills and educate clients where need be as well as exame Telkom's weakness and strenght to aid the companies sustainability and my personal growth and the working hours are flexiable. I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers we are a team. What can be challenging isat times is the distance from work to home.

Very good ptospects

It's been a good experience working in Telkom. The only problem is the growth problem that I found myself in an stagnant situation , despite my experience and dedication I am showing since I joined the team in KZN.
