I have a good and clear vision of where I want to be in the future and always take advantage of every good opportunity that presents itself to me. I am a team player and can work individually and in a team as well. I have good communication skills, telephonic etiquette, well organised, take pride in whatever I do especially when it comes to my work, personal driven and do not need constant supervision. Listen carefull to what client needs

Working in a call center environment is not an easy thing to do needs someone who is patient with cluents because you working and talking to different clients everyday so u have to love what you are doing but the fact is at the end of the day clients must be fully satisfied

Strategy Excecutor par excellence

I have the capacity to translate complex strategic ideas into executables. Highly dependable and reliable and maintains a good relationship with colleagues across the different levels. Senior Manager: SAP Development and Support

I am currently the Senior Manager: SAP Operations and Development for all the ERP modules in Telkom SA LTD.. I am a full Certified SAP consultant in the SAP Best Practice Tools and Accelerators, with SAPSA training in all the major modules. Formal Qualifications include: M.Com (MBA), Hon B.com and B.com accounting and Certified in ITIL. Since 2001, I was involved as Solution/ Project / Program Manager for at least 12 full lifecycle project, with a major personal achievement of winning of both the SAP Africa – GOLD Quality award in the Fast Delivery Category and the SAP AMEA – Silver in the same category, for a project done in 2015.

Excellent learning curve and great working with people and helping them

Giving people advise on what products would best suit their lifestyle.Helping them to resolve the issues they have with the company or if they are experiencing problems help resolve the problem.I learn a lot from my co workers, anything new about the technology and different ways on how to handle each other and our customers.

I excellent working environment and enjoyed working as a team.   DUTIES AND FUNTION            : To provide national contact centre to all Telkom's residential Customers     To provide a communications solution by marketing and selling products and services thereby generating revenue and maintaining To provide a communications solution by marketing and selling products and services thereby generating revenue and maintaining   customer satifaction. To actively grow and defend our core markets To investigate and resolve customer queries/ enquiries/ complaints to the customer's satisfaction And testing , logging faults on the faulty lines and helping customer's with the accounts and logging disputes.

I'm a non quiter first and foremost. I’m a diligent person with keen sense of responsibility and very eager to learn. I therefore approach every situation with open mind and without prejudice, as I believe a person is never too old to learn. Excellent learning work environment

Everyday learning something new Good relationship with most of my colleagues I learned that it is important to part of team group we help each other with the difficulties in our duties I love to help clients that have problems you make sure you help them with respect while smiling at them Taking extra miles to make sure the problem will be resolved before they leave the office. Most challenging part of the job is when the issue that you escalated has never been attended and you need to take action but knowing that You don't have access of the system and wish you could have it and be done and the client wouldn't have to fight for the matter that was supposed to be resolved by then.

Pros: Great company you learn a lot and you know how to deal with different clients and how resolve them
