Awesome working environment bubbly ,friendly service center

I was very happy working in tell on because u meet h New people everyday and u learn New products and services as well the company is awesome just as a contract worker for 4 years is just to long I want something permanent and I want to grow in the company.I am very hard worker and a team player love to work with people and love the customer service industry I love to gave back to people it's a passion of mine

Allways learn never give up

I had started my carer in the banking environment and progresses to my current job at Telekom Tech support manger where i manage over 13 different personalities doing their jobs which include remote troubleshooting customer care and escalations to me assigning technicians,on my side i deal with the the company reports rectify errors ,do escalations,constant up skilling my staff on systems and new products,reporting to directors and sector operations mangers on progress reports.i do presentations with relevant stats to stakeholders

I am a driven individual .

I enjoy getting challenges at work and mostly dealing with the change with my team so we can point the different ideas. My work day start at 8am to 5pm i work as and Admin consultant I was promoted due to my hard work and determination. I started as a call centre agent assisting customers with best customer service and within 6 months was promoted. I log fault via emails and technical support via emails and admin duties. My relationship with my co-worker is good because i go to them for advise and they come to me you can say i am a bubbly person. I have learned that if you love something you must do your level best to prove that particular thing is best for you. I enjoy reading and love being around people who have fun and also brains. The most challenge of my job is when the customer does not understand what you have emailed and you have to phone them in order to understand.

Pros: Enjoy communication with people and getting the best result with my assistant.
Cons: Need better income and gain more experience.

Excellent team player

I'm an early bird, I like to start my day as early as possible. I work well with a team because I'm very sociable. I'm a good communicator, I always make sure I meet every customer demands. Telkom is a company that allows you to learn as much as you want, so I have taken this opportunity to grow, not just as a SAP Charm administrator, but I attended courses on Solution manager and ABAP to have a better understanding of my job, and to grow as a SAP person. I enjoy doing the technical part of ChaRM, configuring the system to meet the user's demands, but it can be challenging at times. The other challenging part of my work is the transport management, because one needs to be extra couscous when transporting to production systems. But other than that SAP is a great environment for learning and growing. I enjoy it every day.

Company on a progressive journey

My time at Telkom has been rerfreshing. I found it to be a company that has experienced a paradigm shift from 8 years ago when I first interacted with them. They have recruited well and are now a dynamic business.

Pros: This is being set up as a company of the future and will offer exciting prospects to employees.
Cons: None come to mind.

Learnt alot in the technical enviroment that can carried out in other companies and daily lifes

working in an enviroment , not just taken has a job, this needs to something we look forward to on a daily basis and strive to fill all duties and tasks given throw out my work we learn that we need too make things a task and be the best at it at all time make sure tasks are done to perfection

I love working with customers , very passionate and love excellening in all I do

My typical work day is to prepare customer communication when we have new or enhancement on products , I review previous campaigns to see success or failure. I attend interdepartmental meetings to work on challenges encountered the previous day I have a great working relationship with the team , we share good practices and what works for our individual campaigns I have learnt a lot by reading on market trends , this has improved my communication and understanding of what customers needs are I love my job , it has made me a great communication specialist The industry is challenging as there is too much competition , one needs to be ahead of competition all the time
