Excellent working experience

I excellent working environment and enjoyed working as a team.   DUTIES AND FUNTION            : To provide national contact centre to all Telkom's residential Customers     To provide a communications solution by marketing and selling products and services thereby generating revenue and maintaining To provide a communications solution by marketing and selling products and services thereby generating revenue and maintaining   customer satifaction. To actively grow and defend our core markets To investigate and resolve customer queries/ enquiries/ complaints to the customer's satisfaction And testing , logging faults on the faulty lines and helping customer's with the accounts and logging disputes.

Pros: I learned to work under pressure
Cons: I working on weekends but I enjoy it

Adapting to any work enviroment

I Worked as a call centre agent doing Outbounds(Directory Enquiries). It was very challenging yet very interesting. I learned to be patient with people, helpful, and be a problem solver. Hours are long but at the end of th day its been fun becuse of the enviroment and the wonderfu colleagues I had, being at work most of them was something I Enjoyed.

Pros: Being par of that big Winning team was very exciting
Cons: long hours

Lot to learn

Current job: I have learned a lot and proud being worked for my current job Typical work day: Having lot of escalations and being able to satisfy all but drained at the end of the day Co-works relationship : I am a team player and a vibrant worker with a positive attitude Learned : Interacting with all stakeholders internally and external. Being able to deliver service to the customer as promised makes me proud because it proves how trustworthy are you and the customer can rely on me all the time. Able to meet project time frames with constrain resources and time frames makes me proud Enjoying seeing customers' excited due to what I have done for them Challenging aspects: Pushing people to do their work

Cons: Customers' can be difficult at times

I strive to be one of the best in everything i do through persevarance hardwork and dedication

1. Telkom call centre skills communication skill 2 shoprite cashier, duties,collect abd ensure float are correct, prepare till opearation, scan and ring up merchandise and ensure the correct method of paymentamount tenderd by customers

Pros: I get promotion of supervisor

Great for working environment experience

The company has a lot of pressure especially dealing with clients, which is good in the sense that it builds you as a worker, you learn how to deal with tough situations and develop thick skin.

Pros: Working at a well known business is always a boost

Excellent learning curve

Technical support training is more like tertiary studies we suppose to get qualification for training a certificate for example and earn more its not easy work needs your mind focused full attention but we are not paid well

Excellence with serviceing customer and working under pressure

Working at telkom it was best exposure from many different companies i will like to work at any telecommunications company where i will enjoy what am doing

Pros: Great opportunity but no growth
Cons: Working for 8 hours and sometimes if you feel working more hours its fine with no extra pay but pushing your target

I would like to work for a comany that have direction, processess, procedures and policies in place Diversity should be a priority to a company strategy and have interest to its employees.

Development of dashboards, Value chains and Reports From the sourcing , ETL processes and the Visualization, Data admin and security Awards KNYSA FİRE Awarded spot light award for providing precise, accurate and timely reports in the form of dashdoards providing real time information about the faults of all Telkom major customers with high priority service level agreements TELKOM SABOTAGE Awarded spot light award for reporting on telkom employee strike action, where technicians sabotaged telkom network, reporting on network damages of the SDC’s,MDF’s and DP’s.
