Activities are more on providing reports and presentations to EXCO on progress on performance against targets - Liaising with business units on mitigation factors on how to achieve targets. The environment is fast paced and dynamic and is relationships are meaningful and full of support as we are working towards a common goal to reach targets for all to be rewarded. What I have learned is mindfulness towards team members and develop an support so that the environment is conducive to deliver business results. I enjoy Fridays as it is more relaxed by entertaining customers

You to learn within company which may help for future as we have no tertiary qualifications
I have a good work relationship with my colleagues, we are target driven as we take a lot of calls coming in, we good in solving problems and enjoy our work even when clients tend to be difficult at times
Pros: There are lots of opportunities within Telkom as it is one of the largest Telecommunications company in the world
Cons: We work 9 hours a day and take only 30 minutes lunch for the day

This is usually a great company to work for if you are a permanent employee
Busy Work Day with an average of 100 mails per day Have very good relationships with colleagues and customers, I have learnt to be more technically minded and work well under pressure I enjoy making the customer happy and ensuring all deliverable are met, The most challenging aspects are the processes and protocols

Vast 12-13years of working experience
i have learned to be very independent and use my skill to grow and also to it must benefit the company and try to do something new at all times. my challenges at the work place is to grow and not take things petty things seriously and try to avoid the gossiping and any useless things which would not benefit me , i like to work overtime if i have to, finish what i have started the same day.

Good company.
Being in this company for 18 years ,i have achieved a lot.in terms of job expirience,planning skills,computer skills,supervisory skills as well as team work. internally communcation courses. i enjoy working with internal as well as external customers,solve customer problems as well as escallations.

Very exciting and very challenging
I worked at the call centre doing outbounds. It was very challenging, hours were long but the thrill of putting a smile on a customers face was all worth it. I learned a lot and beacuse of my job I became a vey patient and friendly person I loved my job and I loved working for Telkom

Good
its good to work in but the way they handle they employee its not they should treat the employee in the excellent way so that we can deliver a excellent service to the customers
Pros: I'd an amazing learning curve in the company. Most of the work was green field and development was happening from scratch. Management was learning to value employees and benefits were improving
Cons: Management didn't value employees that much. They thought they could hire anyone new to get the same job done with same efficiency which was absurd.

Technical
The experience that i have gained by working at Telkom has given me a better understanding of Customer Service and Technical and communicating with different types of customers ADSL Wifi settings is the one that most interesting in this field i currently working and it is now became my hebit to connect cables of Landline. To work at Telkom is very good because we experience many types of queries and Telkom software.
