build a relationship of trust very important
love doing marketing relationship with co workers was very open if i see one struggle i will do my best to help my team mate in any way i can. i have learn integrity and how to work in a team also learnt how to work with certain situations. i enjoyed working with clients and making sure they are happy when they leave from me. the challenging aspect was when i had to go out there because it was almost cut off just to search for that one client i still need to submit and it was stressful but at the end of the day i did reach my target not always but i manged to get myself were i want to be.
Pros: i loved the marketing part were we had to put up stand and also attend wellness days a great way to get leads
Cons: had my own hours just had to report to office in the mornings at 08:30 and then be out there and be back at 4 pm

Excellent learning curve
work conditions are very good the problem is leadership. they don't have leadership and management skill.atleast I learnt to interact with clients and how to deal with clients.
Pros: they take care of their staff
Cons: working leaders who were not tarined and taught leadership skills

Great Exposure
Currently i enjoy exposure to different fields of work with in the old mutual group. I get to work with Financial Managers and Portfolio Managers who are more in the direction i wish to follow in my career. Working hand in hand with the professionals and liasing with our clients accordingly adds value and allows me a wealth of experience.

Learning opportinity
I enjoy working with people at different level, assisting clients with company recommended products that matches their needs. I enjoy working together with a team to ensure that we achieve our common mandate. I have learnt to service customers at all levels of communication and difference backgrounds. The most time I enjoyed is when a customer completes survey and rate me positively about the service rendered to them. The most challenging of the job is when you missed your monthly target that will make you qualify for payment since I am working on commission based. This is a relational kind of a job and enable you to relate with people to a point where they tell you their personal staff that concerns finances. I enjoyed working with co-worker sharing the same mandate to ensure we reach our client's expectations. we are helping ourselves as we help others to achieve goals.

I like new challenges or new learning curves
Over my years i have learnt to deal with all types of clients , i have come to know clients for example i would know when a client is a feeler or i know when to ask open ended or closed questions i only want to work for a reputable company and make it to the top

Great opportunity
Lol there's never such a job as sales, when I had its the most stressing job but extremely paying one I couldn't believe, yes I saw it Working for Old Mutual has been the best thing that has happend to me, great benefits most Respected insurance and financial institute. Same as every Job there challenges most when you deal with client , I learnt to passionate , I learnt to Listen, moreover the most powerful tool I Learnt , is to be learn to love what am doing , and that is only defined by term POSITIVE ATTITUDE.

I enjoy working with my colleagues and to share ideas with them. I also like mentoring junior team members as I am the senior staff. I am an authorised / cchecker in employee benefits claims department

Deal with collecting money from companies
The company I am working for is a great company to work for as we work flexi hours and we work as a team ,If one of the staff members is sick or some other reasons is not at work, we make sure work does not wait for that staff to come back we attend to it as a team. The most challenging about my job is when we have to make sure that the companies we deal with process our requests on time by keep on calling them before the cut off date.

Learning experience
Its been amazing, I leant a lot and got to understand the insurance industry better. It made me a better person and also helped me to understand where I want to go in life. It is an experience that I will forever cherish.
