Excellent company i learnt alot
I was happy at old mutual only thing was my safety i loved the environment driving to different clients , meeting different clients everyday having the ability to offer them financial problems

No opportunity for promotion. No beneficial increases. No back up staff for when leave is taken.
I mostly work with short term insurance which I love. I am an easy going person that can work with any kind of person. My typical work day would be following up on outstanding cases, taking in new business, new claims and providing feedback to our clients. I love my job. The challenging aspect of my job is sorting out claims. This part of the job is not always going according to plan.
Pros: Nice working hours
Cons: No opportunity for promotion and bad salary

I have Regulatory examinations Certiicate
Its a good company because they pay for our RE and also Fais modules.Before i started working for them,They took me to training so that i can learn about their products.My colligues are so helpfull because if i struggle with my target they help me...infact we are working as a team so we are helping each other because we are unique individuals whom each of us has different weakpoints and strong points.If i have excelled my targets there are presents given to motivate each one of us,There are also competitions for team players.The team that wins get something.
Pros: There are opportunities especially if I've passed all the modules

Gained value experience
day would start with diary cases which was diarised for that particular day or if outstanding documents requested was received to attend to these requests first. Receive daily allocation of work, which could consist of payments, investigations, enquiries or requesting outstandings or attending to a colleague/s (who is off sick or on leave) personal queue. Working hand in hand with colleagues as a team and sharing of knowledge or assisting them. i enjoy interacting with client's and investigations. I learnt that you are never to old to learn, as everyday you learn new things. The most challenging aspect is checking that you are paying the correct client, the correct amount to the correct details provided. Working in a production environment there is no time to be relaxed especially when working with monies as everyone wants their funds yesterday.

It's an experience of a life time in my level entry
I have got the sales skill and how to deal with different type of people's personalities, listening skills and stepping out of my comfort zone. Some times it's a stressful job hard to sleep at night but I got through that but adapting to the change. I can stand for any kind of work pressure now as for what am going through ever day.

I have really learnt a lot.
Fun and friendly people to work with. They treat you like family. A lot of growth within industry, if you are focused. Everyone knows and helps each other. You push yourself beyond boundaries, and even work over time to achieve what you want.

I am happy, my salary is gauranteed. My salary is less than i was getting Old Mutual but i am considerably happy thst i have peace of mind. I have more family time& having peace of mind is the biggest advantage.

Excellent skills
hard work very approachable team player honest integrity pushing beyond boundaries take ownership and accountability Good fit with the corporate culture... someone to feel comfortable with.., a team player who meshes well with the interviewer’s team. Likeability / positive attitude / Sense of humour. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Dedication - willingness to walk the extra mile to achieve excellence.
