Excellent Start to my career
A challenging day to day experience dealing with people from all walks of life : helping them with their financial wealth and growth. A very competitive environment and I have learnt a lot of Discipline and have enjoyed the challenge, the most challenging aspect of the job was having to deal with the different clients you meet and sometimes feeling like the clients are wasting your time but you have to be there and still provide the best service you can for the client as you know that your job is to provide the best service for them no matter what.
Pros: You determine your monthly salary: the harder you work the more money in your bank at the end of the month
Cons: No basic salary

I like new challenges or new learning curves
Over my years i have learnt to deal with all types of clients , i have come to know clients for example i would know when a client is a feeler or i know when to ask open ended or closed questions i only want to work for a reputable company and make it to the top
Pros: i aim to achieve my best
Cons: i love putting in extra hours just to meet my target

I'm very task oriented and I don't meet customer expectations i exceed them
I work perfectly in a team and individual, i get along with my co-workers we help each other with our struggles and motivate each other i submitt as indicated to my superiours. I learned to be patient at all times do what is expected of me everyday .
Pros: I always produce a high standard of work as i am very quality oriented,i strive on building good relations with peers as well as superiors
Cons: I am able cope with pressure and handle setbacks. I have exceptional time management skills

I had lernt in my previous work, how to treat client and how to meet client's needs
I am ready to join you as soon as possible, I would never work against the authority of an organisation, I am a fast learning person, I would like to expand my experiences in your working fields,

Good learning experience

Its a very challenging industry.I needs more focus
There's lot of pressure that I must not listen to it in order for me to focus.There are dissappointments but theres always someone or something that keeps on motivating me.The thing that keeps me going is to work as a team because we are unique individuals who have different talents...like some are good in group presentation and some are good in one on one presentation hence I say working as a team helps a lot.

I understand challenges as stepping stones to growing oneself in various aspects.
A typical work day includes learning about new regulatory changes. I start my day my planning in line with meetings I need to attend. I am a fan of organisation! Once I plan, I go through my emails and respond. Some take up time as it involves researching legal technical questions and input about legal changes. Thereafter I spend some time on updating myself with legislation, and try to apply myself in terms of application and which business units will be effected. People interaction is vital and the quality of good relationships always assist in building great working results. Collaboration is a large part of my job as I work closely with compliance officers and the risk team. U interact mostly with business heads and operations - due to the regulatory changes undergoing the industry. My job is to keep the business abreast of legal/ regulatory changes. I explain things simply in order to ensure understand and then we look for solutions that will ensure the business is compliant.
