Excellent company i learnt alot
I was happy at old mutual only thing was my safety i loved the environment driving to different clients , meeting different clients everyday having the ability to offer them financial problems

Its a very challenging industry.I needs more focus
There's lot of pressure that I must not listen to it in order for me to focus.There are dissappointments but theres always someone or something that keeps on motivating me.The thing that keeps me going is to work as a team because we are unique individuals who have different talents...like some are good in group presentation and some are good in one on one presentation hence I say working as a team helps a lot.
Pros: There are opportunities especially if I've passed all the modules

Excellent learning curve it is
Work for old MUTUAL is a great experience I'm in the sales field currently.As a financial Adviser.in this field I've learned how to deal with different clients expertise.jowls to handle pressure how keep client happy with our service when doing after sales service.I've learn how you standing in front of hundreds of people and do presentations its quite an good experience because it has leaded me to be a team player a leader and know how to work as an individual in all aspects ofor my job requirements.

Communication
I have enjoyed working for my company and have learned alot from manager and collegues. And i make bonus of minimum 1300 monthly. I always have a plan of my daily production in the Company and learn new things everyday. I always come up with new ideas to add value to the business

I like new challenges or new learning curves
Over my years i have learnt to deal with all types of clients , i have come to know clients for example i would know when a client is a feeler or i know when to ask open ended or closed questions i only want to work for a reputable company and make it to the top

Potential of earning a large salary
My working hours is very flexible, i basicly write my own salary cheque as i work on commission with no benefits. I need to recruit new clients all the time,but also need to give financial service continiously to my existing clients. Sales is the key being a Financial Advisor. I enjoy education my clients, the challenge though is my salary.

Excellent Learning curve
A typical work day would start off getting to the office before everyone else. I am a firm believer in the early bird philosphy. Review what needs to be done for the day and if any adjustments needs to be made given the urgency of the task. My relationship with my co workers was friendly vibrant and always being interested in what they say i gained insight into value added experience at the same time by having an learning and curious mindset. I learned that you dont have to afraid of people and what they have to say. I discovered my ambivert side by challenging myself to do something that took me completely out of my comfort zone. I enjoyed the challenge the most of having targets and meeting it with speed and urgency. I have to say the most challenging aspect of the job would have to be cold calling and handling rejection after rejection.

Medium review
I love working for the company that i am currently working for, only if they were giving their temp employees that opportunity to be permanent, due to the low budget that are working it does not accommodate permanent employees. Environment is the best Old Mutual has the best culture ever, people are great.
Pros: Opportunity for growth are very minimum you have to be seconded first act in the position for over three years,
Cons: Hour are normal
