i have learn a lot at my current work,i also achieved a lot.also some ather qualifications.working with the clients.also day to day client base.recruiting clients,flexible working hours.

I learn very quickly and i love working with people

I work with a lot of people and also have to make a lot of cold calls a day i also i have a great relationship with my co-workers and also what i love about my job is helping clients and make a difference in there life i have learnt so much threw old mutual how to deal with clients and there problems have gone on course the only challenging thing from my job is that it is very uncontested what i don't in joy but other wise i love working with people .

Pros: can work my way to DM manger and also work my way up to the top
Cons: not get paid if i dont hit target

Willing to learn more and I am a fast learner

I am a fast learner willing to learn more,team player,meet dead lines,workerholic,good on convincing only for a good resorson and like to communicate,I am a very talkative person, always comeup with new way way of dpin things.

I achieved alot working at Old Mutual, i grew in the industry and as an individual

Achieved a yearly target in 3months in the industry, busy days at work, great people to work with. I've learnt many things being in the industry and willing to go all the way. What I enjoy most is seeing is a happy client and knowing that one left that client with great advice and choices that will change their life. Breaking the ice with certain clients and rejection, as one needs to be able to take it well and keep smiling

Pros: mamanagement will be offered if one is doing exceptionally well and consistent
Cons: growth is slow and more recognition is required

Training staff all the time

I am with old mutual for full 4years I have achieved my 're,fais,51club,bronze and silver.After doing my credits i felt that's the growth is minimal cause i was now a team leader but no salary was paid for doing that which was discouraging

Excellent working experience

Excellent working experience,learned cold calling,about the product and the importance of the products,I managed to change people's lives by teaching them importance of saving towards their kids education,their retirement,and all financial goals,encouraged people young and old to have life assurance and funeral plans and also to save.I had a great working environment with my colleagues and team members,challenges I came across were convincing young working people to have life assurance now than later and most challenge was managing them to keep paying monthly premiums

Challenging daily activity

I Coach and Mentor advisers on daily basis Holding them accountable if they don't meet their daily standard Do Join Field Work with my Team Practice Management on daily basis I have learned to be Patient and enhanced my presentation skills I enjoy working with people daily giving them Hope and Peace of mind I hold meetings with Stake holders and Door Openers weekly Dealing with with difficult customers cause i have to display TFC (TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY)

I would like to review my salary

Working times are flexible and I have a good relationship with my colleagues.I have learnt that selling is not easy and you should never loose focus.it's tough having to recruit 3people per day and the salary doesn't match the level of stress
