I am fast learner

My typically working day is 7 to 5 ,my relationship with co workers is good because we communicate and we advance other and give support each other we like a family ,I learner to ask if I don't understand ,I enjoy my Job most ,the most challenge of the day is when I failed to do my daily budgets.

Old Mutual has been an excellent learning curve for me

Being a financial advisor hasn't been easy but it has been an excellent learning curve as I now know things I never knew before. I am really enjoying my work there. my typical day is from 8am t0 4pm, my co-workers are also very competitive and we work very well together, what I enjoy the most is the challenge that I get from my job, it keeps me on my toes. The most challenging aspect is having to reach target each month

EXCELLENT

- MY JOB DISCRIPTING I DO TYPING, ANSWERING CALL,DATA CAPTURING, ORGANISING MEETING,MANAGING MY MANAGERS DIARY DAILY. -OUR RELATIONSHIP AT WORK IS VERY OPEN AS CO WOKERS. I HAVE LEARNED TO BE CONFIDANCIAL WITH MANY THINGS, TEAM WORK DYNAMICS,RESPONSIBLE,TIME MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONISM. -I ENJOYED MY DAILY DUTIES REALLY I LOVED EVERY DETAIL ABOUT MY JOB -THE CHALLENGING PART WAS WHEN WE HAVE TO MEET THE DEATLINE EVERY THURSDAY ,IT WAS KILLING ME TO SEE MY MANAGER GOING THROUGH THAT STAGE AND I DIDNT HAVE POWER OVER THAT.

Excellent Career Exposure

My position gives me opportunities to exposure to the core business and also implementation of business enhancements and therefore get to look into the impact all these changes in terms of growth of the business offering and the impact on the bottom line. Have been involved in quite a few project roll outs as changes and enhancements get presented to us as the training team to take it to the sales force at large including the management.

Pros: real exposure to the core business
Cons: too much travelling and driving

I dedicated my self and I can do more

Working in a call centre is very challenging especially when you're doing sales..but I managed in all call centres that I worked in. .I have always had a good relationship with my managers and team leaders because I'm very hard working.

Pros: Working under pressure.
Cons: Not being able to finish my work on time

Great exposure

On Mondays there's staff meetings till 11;00 am. After meeting we go out to look for clients or have meetings with clients. the whole week i go out to scout for clients, have meetings, do ghost calls and prospecting. It is vital to get along with colleagues. Although the job requires to work individually, the team is there to support especially with the system we use. I have learnt that most people especially in high position do not know nor understand the importance of personal insurance. Some are not even interested in getting to know about it. I must say, years ago i also did not understand this kind of insurance. The company provide with proper training.reat It is the most challenging position. One gets to be rejected by many. at the same time, some accept and listen to you. The most challenging, is when targets are not met.

Cons: Work overtime to be able to make target

Desktop support 2nd Tear and employee support.

I was 2nd Tear Desktop Support. analysing problems and Desktop issues across various applications including avaya, ms apps, online connections and access, security, password resetting, email support. It a very challenging and a good company

old mutual has tougth me how to deal with different people with different behaviours an emotins.this have give me a lot of expiriences.this teaches you how to handle differ behaviors and personalities.this gives you an opportunity to help peoerstandple and und their challenges in th work place and society at large
