Days are chalenging yet exiting. Learning something new about yourself everyday

Busy whole day. Need to be flexible... able to multi-task... focus on tasks that need your immediate attention and delegate the rest to others to do. Sit in management / project meetings. Meet with legal or compliance dept. when writing new call scripts. Schedule times for team meetings and 1-on-1 with team members. Be a do-er... lead by example. Good listener. At times motivate / encourage your team members. Provide guidance to those you mentor. No time for actual breaks. Open door policy. Find time in your day for a 10-15 minute to break to just slow down pace and relax.

Pros: Being busy... every day is different. Mentoring others... developing young minds. Able to share my skills with others. Being part of a project teams when new products are developed... giving input from a training perspective.
Cons: Working long hours or taking work home.

Good learning curve

I enjoy working around and with people, I have great communication skills and I am easily adaptable to new environment. I have learnt a lot about handling a business and my computer skills have improved from being good to exceptional. The most challenging aspect of the job is getting lapses on policies iv sold and therefore dealing with claw backs.

Learnt how to dea with different clients, communication skills.

The company is a well established entity with a vast number of clienta as it has been operating for decades. Working in this company needs one to have proper time management skills so to schedule accurately time with clients in various fields. So each day is extremely hectic

Pros: There is a great oppohrtunity to get promorion
Cons: Working on weekends to fasten the speed of reaching target.

Potential of earning a large salary

My working hours is very flexible, i basicly write my own salary cheque as i work on commission with no benefits. I need to recruit new clients all the time,but also need to give financial service continiously to my existing clients. Sales is the key being a Financial Advisor. I enjoy education my clients, the challenge though is my salary.

Great environment for earning.

The culture is highly valued, so are the values of the company. Target's are set and we are taught hiw to reach these targets with ease. training is always available to those who need it. Employees that are dedicated to their work, are highly rewarded.
