Old mutual is a excellent learning school for financial advisors
Old Mutual is a great company to learn and expand, working hours are flexible as you determine your salary. CO workers and managers all work together and support each other to achieve your goals. I have a very good relationship with my development Manager, but I am looking for something more stable. Most challenging aspect of this job is that if you do not make target you do not get paid. Also if clients don't pay there premium you don't get paid. I really enjoy the flexible hours, but I would take a definite income every month over flexible hours. Thank you.
Pros: After 3 years you can earn what you want depends on work ethic
Cons: When clients don't pay you get clawbacked and not paid.

I have Regulatory examinations Certificate
I've learnt that working as a team is the most tool of a successfull team.We motivate each other because there are dissapointments.There's lot of pressure BT I don't listen to it.I've learned that in order to be successfully I have to do planning and also balance my personal life with my work.What I enjoy mostly is to see that I've made a difference in someone's life by giving them financial advice and that makes them to recommend me to their friends as well so that means a lot to me.
Pros: We are given opportunity to study and the company is paying for that so that's more couraging

Excellent company i learnt alot
I was happy at old mutual only thing was my safety i loved the environment driving to different clients , meeting different clients everyday having the ability to offer them financial problems

Good learning curve
i have learn a lot at my current work,i also achieved a lot.also some ather qualifications.working with the clients.also day to day client base.recruiting clients,flexible working hours.

All that I've experience so far
I come in the office get everything ready for the days work. I call myself a happy chappy love to work with people keep it professional but yet fun. I have learnt not every one have the same personality and that you need to work towards them. Do get my work done on time and impressed clients in what I do best. I've d been challenge to do more then one persons job and I've master it by saving money for the company.

Attentive listening skill , problem solving
I help clients regarding their wealth creation and wealth protection , and attend meetings to help clients achieve their financial goals ,I have learnt to be responsible and to be honest ,I get along very well with my co workers we even share Ideas together

Excellent learning curve it is
Work for old MUTUAL is a great experience I'm in the sales field currently.As a financial Adviser.in this field I've learned how to deal with different clients expertise.jowls to handle pressure how keep client happy with our service when doing after sales service.I've learn how you standing in front of hundreds of people and do presentations its quite an good experience because it has leaded me to be a team player a leader and know how to work as an individual in all aspects ofor my job requirements.

Excellect learning curve
Operating effectively in a customer facing role in any fast moving working environment. Always being friendly, keen and helpful, I get on well with people from all walks of life and bring into any company a personality that is always striving to learn new things. I bring to the table an analytical way of thinking and performing at work, this helps reduce time spent of tasks and ensures an optimum and effective structure in all tasks.

Excellent learning curve
