Pros: Old Mutual is a big company with big opportunities
Cons: I really enjoyed working for that company it was unfortunate that Mayland took over our business section that resulted to my unemployment.

Excellent learning curve
Flexible working hours, prospecting to different clients face to face and telephonically and that improves the communication and business skills for one. Very diversified industry, working with people from different race, culture and belief. They offer great and informative workshops for skills development. They uphold their integrity, vision and mission as well as the value of the company by putting customers first and accrediting qualified employees and they celebration everyone's achievements both within the company and outside.

I like my job because most of the time i am feed worker .
I working hard under pressure, I want to work with team and with my manager I'm strong and flexible person. And I learn to listen to my colleague and the client also but if this topic is relevant with my job, focus with my work .Enjoy money travelling my family and my work.

I had tp learn to think on my feet
I am hard working individual who has a lot to give and offer to this company. Please consider me. I am a jack of all trades. I want to learn more I other fields, I also what to learn more about technology and how we can improve it. I have accumulated a lot of experience and I can be a huge addition

Good learning curve
My working days are always organized as I working according to my planner which is something everyday and I always make sure I plan ahead. My co-works and I always help each other to succeed and reach our weekly target. I have learnt that being a team player helps a lot because you get to share ideas and encourage each other to work harder as a team . I enjoy working with people because I learn on an everyday basis how to handle clients and especially when your under pressure. Challenges occurs when I get rejected by clients because it puts more pressure on me, whereby I have weekly target to reach but it doesn't stop me to pursue other clients into taking policies. The other challenge is when you get postponed by client only to find that you rely on them for a sale to make your daily target and it affects my business for the day.
Pros: Working long hours pays off sometimes if things go your way and sometimes you don't get business but only prospects.
Cons: I am always willing to work long our to push sales in order to reach my target in that way i will get more bonuses with my productivity.

I had a wonderfull expierence at Old Murual I have learned alot in 4 years.
I loved my job just to work with clients and to be able to help people what I love to do. I always say just be positive think the impossible and you will do the possible. I loved my co-workers if they needed me I was always there to help even if it was just to built confidence. The most challenging of my job was to keep my clients satisfied and happy and they never complaint about anything I just have that softness in me to keep them calm and happy.

Great organisation to learn and acquire skills from
The support system from Management is commendable. The culture and aura at the office space is a positive one, more challenging rather than competitive. Co-workers are willing to lift others in the even that one struggles with their job performance.

Customer services
What is mostly important in my company is to make client happy and satisfied. Sometimes is difficult working without having sites where you can find client.My relationship with colleagues is mostly important because they help me when the client becomes difficult. What I enjoy is when I do presentations,and doing that sometimes it becomes the most difficult aspect because we only have enough time to represent the products.
