I am a person looking for growth and keen on learning new staff .
wiling to work hard and learn new things and all build my self up to one day have my own business as such due to my fast learning skills and working hard pulling the hours to get it right and so as most important making money cause money doesn't sleep or rest .

Excellent learning curve
it very interesting, its just me and the capturer in the office and most of the stuff is in Johannesburg and Pretoria. the relationship is very good and it has to be because i depend on her to capture my business, if its not, my brokers and agents wont get payed on time. i have learned that team work is very crucial, especially because it just me and her depending on one another. if i don't bring business in, she doesn't have a job. i enjoy the training of products more than anything, when people depend on you for information and you giving it to them. challenges come when management don't believe that business is hard to find at times, and we have to go and extra mile to bring something back in the office. but all in all it is an interesting job.

It ws great working there but because its commission
working day was fine relationship was good my manager zinzi is coolest manager ever worked with I leant more honesty and integrity as we are working with clients financials situations and also honesty is what I stand for no matter what

I work at unisa as a tutorial office for three Mouth it was a fixed term contract I have a driver licence I'm computer literacy and I'm kind I love to work with people.

Cons: I work like 8 hours a day but since I was working at insurance company u are the one you have to do your best so that you can get bonus

I have leaned a lot in old mutual
I have a very good relationship with my co-workers ,and I like the culture of the company, I have leaned lot of things and they even developing their employees.
Pros: they they do promote at old mutual
Cons: the hours are very good ,i sart at 8am and get done at 5pm but sometimes i work over time

I have Regulatory examinations Certiicate
Its a good company because they pay for our RE and also Fais modules.Before i started working for them,They took me to training so that i can learn about their products.My colligues are so helpfull because if i struggle with my target they help me...infact we are working as a team so we are helping each other because we are unique individuals whom each of us has different weakpoints and strong points.If i have excelled my targets there are presents given to motivate each one of us,There are also competitions for team players.The team that wins get something.
Pros: There are opportunities especially if I've passed all the modules

Great opportunity,and learning curve
A typical work day would b 8-4;30,I would loggon to computer start off my day with a prayer,and continue immediately to start work,o normally start off with my stats,updating figures of previous day,case count etc,analysis.then I continue with my daily schedule which includes,afmin work such as assisting my sales manager (filing,photocopying etc)making calls to clients. I am a very outgoing,but reserved person so I get along with most of my co-workers,friendly and easy to get along with. I have learnt so much,especially now that I've worked with the different life products,death benefits etc,iv realised that it is highly important to save and look out for your future,know the different products to help you and your family,to be aware and open minded.I enjoy interacting with other,hardly ever bored,its challenging due to the fact that I am not yet given the platform to do more than I possibly can.
